Each year, Mr. Steve Mitchell, the General Manager, ensures that all our arrangements are perfect. When my team and I arrived, the staff was AMAZING as always. As a former Cast Member of Disney, I deeply appreciate the exceptional hospitality we receive during each stay. From the seamless check-in process, personable assistance of Mary, to Audrey— the night auditor, accommodating our unexpected needs or graciously giving me another chocolate chip cookie, the experience is consistently top-notch. Thank you, Steve and the team at Doubletree Youngstown, for your outstanding service!

We stayed here twice in Sept. 2023. We require an accessible room due to my disability. The first time we were given a room (312) in the back building which seems to be mostly occupied by long term guests. The room was horrible--missing towel rod, missing toilet paper holder, loose toilet seat... also a very sketchy looking hole in the ceiling, probably from an old smoke alarm but couldn't shake the feeling that there may have been a camera up there! The room had a spacious roll-in shower, but no shower chair. When we inquired if they had any, we were told a curt, ”No.” We had stayed here a year or so ago and had a better experience, so decided to book another room for our return trip. This room was in the front section, but my husband had to argue with the attendant for 15 minutes, since the promised room had been given away to family or friends of the manager, which she said if his prerogative. I had specifically reserved a room with the grab bar to the left of the toilet, due to my disability. So we ended up with a room with the grab bar on the opposite side and a tub/shower which didn't really matter since I hadn't planned to shower anyway since there are no shower chairs and I'm not able to stand to shower. I don't believe they should be able to advertise accessible rooms without shower chairs being provided. At least the maintenance in this room was better than the other one, so we had a place to stay the night, but won't be staying again. Cleanliness wasn't bad except for the floor, which was filthy. Laminate floors seem like they would be so easy to clean compared to carpets, but these hadn't seen a mop in a long time.

My visit at the Youngstown Comfort Suites was super! I’ve paid a lot more and got a lot less from other hotel chains before. The Comfort Suites was very clean, the staff were great! I was in Youngstown for training and needed to use the guest laundry to clean my training gear for the next day. The machines in the guest laundry weren’t working so the lady at front desk did them for me in the facility laundry!

Kein Frühstück oder Kühlschrank, obwohl sie beide angekündigt haben. Meth Kopf im Parkplatz feeding Stray Katzen Pizza um 2.00 Uhr. Sie haben eine Stundenrate und jemand neben uns war ”unterhaltsreich” Gäste der Stunde. Wir konnten nicht gehen, wie wir spät kamen und es war nichts anderes verfügbar, noch war es niemand im Büro, um sich zu beschweren, nachdem wir angemeldet waren. Als ich mich an die Website beschwerte, die ich mit ihnen buchte, lügte das Hotelpersonal uns offensichtlich über das Angebot eines anderen Zimmers. Der Haushalter schwor bei uns und setzte ihren gestohlenen Dollar General-Ladenwagen voller Lieferungen weg, immer noch verflucht bei uns und Beschwerde über die Eigentümer. Sie hatten in einer dynischen hellbraunen Farbe gemalt, dann ”geplackt” schlechte Punkte mit einem dunklerbraun so sah es aus, als hätte jemand Fäzes auf jeder Wand gebrochen. Siehe beigefügte Fotos.. Ich bin nicht dramatisch oder übertrieben, wenn ich sage, dass dieser Ort und es ist Geld-grubend , liegende Eigentümer könnten in ein schwarzes Loch gesaugt werden und die Welt wäre besser für sie.

Das Zimmer war zwei Königinnen und sah kürzlich renoviert aus, darunter Fixierungen, Kunst, Teppich, Kopftücher und Fenster- und Wandbeschichtungen. In der Zimmer mini Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, ein kleines Kleidschrank und drei hängende Drahtspeicherkorben. Neutrogena-Gründungsprodukte bereitgestellt. So viele Ausgänge für die Ladung Ihrer Telefon-/Elektronik-Geräte, es war wunderbar. Es gab einen Mini-Ein-Tasse-Kaffeehersteller und einen vollen Längenspiegel. Für den Sitz, einen geholsterten Rollstuhl und ein großer tragbarer Osman. Die Betten waren sehr hoch - ich bin 6' und es war mir gut, aber mein kurzer Reiseleiter hatte Schwierigkeiten, auf das Bett zu kommen. Super einfacher Zugang zum Straßenverkehr, ein wenig Straßenlärm, weil wir am Ende des Halles waren, aber das Hotel selbst war sehr ruhig. Alles war sauber und die Handtücher waren sehr weich. Bett komfortabel, viele Kissen. Haustiere freundlich. Ich empfehle das Hampton!

Stayed on trip driving from East coast to Midwest with easy access off highway with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was very clean and had adequate supplies. Easy check-in later in the night too! Did not try restaurant/ bar but was available both in the evening and am for breakfast.
