Hilltops Retreat Motor Inn

還可以。位置在墳地邊上。很安靜

Once you get past the moldy smell of the lobby, (smells like post flooding) the decor is "vintage" but very well kept up. The elevator and room have a very vintage look to it. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillow did smell like it was not washed or it had an old pillowcase. The lighting was fine and temperature was nice and cool. Unlike most hotels now, this one does not have the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers. I was prepared so had to wash my body with shampoo. :-/ Toilet took forever to fill so luckily we had 2 soda cups from the game and filled it up ourselves so it would flush. I had high hopes but i guess it was worth the $89 since it was a preseason game. I wouldn't spend over $100 to stay here until issues were fixed/updated. The restroom door also got caught so someone had to push the door open with force from the other side. The door to the hotel was closed and locked but there was an obvious gap along the door.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this property and my overall experience during my stay. The building had multiple leaks caused by rain, which created an uncomfortable and concerning environment throughout the visit. In addition, there was a massive gap around the entry door that allowed outside air, noise, and light to enter the room, making it feel poorly maintained and unsecured. The privacy curtain was also severely damaged with a large rip, allowing excessive light from the patio area to shine directly into the room and significantly reducing privacy. The carpet throughout the room was torn in several places, creating multiple trip hazards and clear safety concerns. To make matters worse, there was a very unpleasant odor throughout the property that made the stay even more uncomfortable. I have attached photos documenting the large door gap and damaged privacy curtain as supporting evidence of these issues. Overall, the condition and maintenance of this property fell far below reasonable expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless substantial repairs and improvements are made.

Every thing was ok. Could have been more room service but otherwise it was good.

Location was good. The variety of firm and soft beds and pillows was a nice surprise. We will stay there again if we go back to Houston. The only down side is that they sell parking spots during events so it can make parking challenging but we never did not have a spot to park so that was good.

My stay at Wyndham Houston near NRG Park was terrible. I will never stay here again. The hotel charged us $40 dollars extra for parking in their parking lot because the Houston Rodeo was going on during our stay. I feel like this is the hotel taking advantage of their guest. This should have disclosed by the person who took my reservation because I would have not stayed here. The WiFi was terrible and was so slow I could not use my laptop. The ice maker on floor 7 was not working. The rooms don’t have mini-frig in them. The drop ceiling tile in the bathroom was falling, I had to fix before we could take a shower.

TV and remote old and had to contact staff to get it to work. Opened the freezer in the fridge on arrival and water spilled out onto the carpet which was very wet the whole time. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting.

A lovely country stop off. The motel was clean and quiet. We did not hear noise from the highway. The staff were friendly and courteous. Ii would be happy to stay there again.

This property is old and outdated. Most of the facilities do not work properly anymore. While we were here, the A/C unit was not working so our room was freezing. Maintenance came to "fix" it but we woke up to a freezing room so were not able take showers or get ready for our day properly. During the night, many vehicles were broken into due to lack of security. Food offerings are well below par and staff do not seem to care about your Wyndham status or your concerns. DO NOT GO HERE!
