Warm Hospitality and a Memorable Stay
I stayed here for 1 night in Furong Town, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but what made this place special was the kindness and hospitality of the owner.
The owner was very helpful from the beginning. He picked me up from the railway station and also dropped me off when I left, which was extremely convenient. He even helped me buy a discounted ticket to Furong Town, which I really appreciated.
When he picked me up from the station, he also brought along his little daughter, who was so cute! She even gave me an orange, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. 😄 It made the stay feel much more personal and memorable.
The owner can also communicate in English. He is better at reading English than speaking it, but he told me he is learning, and I really appreciate his effort to communicate with foreign guests.
There is also a water refill station at the front desk, which was very convenient.
There are only a couple of minor things to mention. There is no elevator, so you will need to use the stairs. The hotel is also a little far from the main scenic area. Personally, I didn't mind the distance because it meant the area was quieter. However, when I walked back to the hotel at night, there were some parts of the road that were quite dark. As a solo traveler, that made me a little nervous. 😅
Overall, I really liked my stay here. The room was clean, the place was quiet, and most importantly, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. His little daughter was also absolutely adorable! ❤️
I would happily stay here again if I visit Furong Town in the future.
