26th – 29th August 2023 Yokohama, Japan Mitsui Garden Hotel, Yokohama Some random thoughts / comments regarding our stay as they spring up: - Taxi arrives at G/F, no porter service but guests have to wheel luggage to 20/F to check in - ultra modern hotel, bright & airy, spacious lobby and so new – freshly opened in mid May 2023 - push through glass doors to fully exposed outdoor lounge with sofas and low coffee tables to sit and chill while enjoying a wide stretch of city view through wide glass panels - minimalism theme throughout the reception, lobby and extended to the rooms with clean, light beech minimalistic design - check in smooth and staff even though not the most conversant in English, pose no barriers in carrying out simple conversation - guests are to collect toiletries at a small nook beside the check in desk before heading up to the room--- choice of individually wrapped razor ; toothbrush+ paste ; shower cap; vanity set, comb, Q-tips to put inside a white zip-bloc to bring along to the room for own consumption - all toiletries are displayed bare for guests to take at liberty and every guest feels at ease to take what is needed without any staff there to peep over their shoulder—very generous hotel policy indeed - two bottles of water , tea sachets and drip coffee replenished daily - iron + ironing board provided upon request - the entire hotel, i.e. everywhere smells fresh, everywhere looks bright and clean - bedding and towels all white, fluffy and clean - slippers provided - USB and sockets all well positioned in the room - Telly available and a bottle of room freshener spray provided - shower & bathtub in one enclosed area to save space which in fact is a good and efficient idea to have everything confined to one space - very powerful shower with stable temperature that is easy to adjust - shower area completely watertight so can fully enjoy a nice relaxing shower after a long day and no need to mop the spills afterwards - body gel, shampoo + conditioner all in three separate commercial bottles with dispenser firmly installed onto the wall - big clean panes in room for a nice view overlooking the city and partial harbour - furniture in room is all clean and sofa not sunken, which is one of the advantages of a new hotel - room is not very big but very comfy because everything is very functional while minimalist design gives a contemporary, fuss-free vibe - spacious , bright and clean lobby on 20/F where there is an auto-play piano and there are sofas + reading floor lamps all around the piano, so guests are free to sit and relax with a book or just enjoy the piano when it auto plays at stipulated times - an intimate bar on the other side of the lobby overlooking the pool, but closes before 12am - a gym + pool also on lobby level - a restaurant on lobby floor that serves breakfast - “ Lawsons Convenience Store “ on 2/F, 7-11 and family Mart also close by - Yokohama Cosmo World and Marine Park at walkable distances - Safe, c

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal ist sehr hilfreich. Das einzige negative, was ich sagen kann, das Zimmer war sehr klein, ich bin sicher, sie haben größere Zimmer, vielleicht habe ich nicht die Größe des Zimmers bemerkt, als ich reserviert habe. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, obwohl wir spät nach 9 Uhr waren, was wir nicht realisiert haben, dass in Japan die meisten Frühstücksplätze am 9AM enden, nicht wie in den USA 10AM Die Lage ist die beste, direkt neben dem Fluss und zu Fuß entfernt zum Gondola das Ferris-Rad. Die Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum ist wunderschön, über die Aussicht auf alle wunderschönen Schönheit. Genießen Sie Yokohama. Ich liebe diese Stadt.

Ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Aufgrund vorübergehender Geschäftsänderungen musste ich dieses Mal vier Tage an einem Ort bleiben. Sowohl die Hardware als auch die Software des Hotels sind gut und auch die nahegelegene Hafenumgebung ist eine seltene Gelegenheit zum Entspannen. Der Nachteil ist, dass es aufgrund der Lage am Hafen nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe gibt. Meistens ist es unmöglich, nach 20 Uhr einen Ort zum Essen zu finden. Das Restaurant im Hotel schließt um 9 Uhr. Glücklicherweise gibt es einen 24-Stunden-Notruf 711, auf den ich mich zwei Tage hintereinander verlassen habe. Am Tag vor meiner Abreise entdeckte ich zufällig eine Imbissstraße im zweiten Untergeschoss eines nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrums, die bis 2 Uhr morgens geöffnet war. Also nutzte er die Gelegenheit, um sich zu rächen und sich zu entschädigen. Wenn Sie es erleben, werden Sie wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten.

Das Hotel und die Gästezimmer sind sehr sauber, gerade eröffnet 6/5. Ein paar Minuten von der Hongkong-Front-Line-Station New High Island. Das Zimmer ist ein Schrank auf der nächsten Südstraße. Aus dem Zimmer sehen Sie die Halle, das Gebäude der Hauptgesellschaft von Peking, die Zukunftsstraße von Hongkong, Becute usw..43 Zoll SONY hergestellt 4KTV hat die Tasten Hulu, NETFLIX, U-NEXT, Abema TV, YouTube. Außer Abema, YouTube können Sie sehen, wenn Sie sich in den verschiedenen Diensten registriert haben. Das Licht des Zimmers ist nur ein bisschen dunkel. Das Zimmer und der Bus sind groß genug (^o^) v Handtuch-Champagne ist Laura Ashley. Der Körper-Champagne ist Stephen ･ Noor. Die Einrichtungen sind auch ausreichend, um Zahnfleisch, Schneidmesser usw. Mit einem Kupfer-Luftreiniger, einem Warmwasserbehälter und einem Kühlschrank. Es gibt Einrichtungen mit Kaffee und Tee. This will be longer than the usual review, and here is why. I have stayed at most of the top flight hotels in Yokohama over the last 20 years in my 40+ trips to Japan - the glamorous life of global business.. This is the best hotel in Yokohama if it fits your preferences. Let me explain.: 1. Location. Located on the renovated Hammerhead pier, the location is superb once you get there, You have an unobstructed view of Yokohama harbor and cruise ships and (in our case) tall ships moor at the piers at the hotel. But - it's not as convenient to get to. Even compared to the (parent) Intercontinental Yokohama Bay, taxi or train access is not as easy, especially train. On the other hand, going for a walk or run? Perfect 2. Service: the staff is unfailingly polite, attentive, and very responsive. Once understood (hold the thought), they went the extra mile and then some. Caveat? For a global brand and luxury position, some skills and knowledge weren't 100%. Example: working with the concierge to make Fuji lakes reservations took a long long time. Effort and attitude 100%! Time lost to translation more than expected. Separate example: on day 2, many of the staff knew my name, and I hadn't done anything to stand out. Unusual for Yokohama. 3. Value: While not cheap, in subsequent travel around the rest of Japan, this was a good deal for the luxury level. We'll be back.

Das Hotel ist unerwartet schön und bequem. Sie befindet sich neben der Ausfahrt der Bahnhof (Japan Datung Station). Gut für Familien, da sie Waschmaschine und Trockner zu einem Preis (kosten Yen 400 für Wasch und Yen 100 für Trocknung), Gästezimmer sind geräumig und mit Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Ich mag auch ihre Zimmerausstattung, einschließlich Körperwasch und Handwasch. Wenn Sie weniger besetzte Bereiche, aber zugänglich, ist dieses Hotel sicher eine gute Wahl. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel mit 4 Sternen von 5 bewerten.

Es war das beste Hotel. Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, Family Mart und ein Café neben dem Hotel, was es sehr praktisch macht. An der Rezeption sind auch Lieferdienste wie Kurierdienste inklusive Kartons möglich. Das Beste von allem war, dass das Personal wunderbar war. Die Lage war perfekt und es war nicht weit vom Bahnhof Yokohama entfernt, sodass ich mich problemlos fortbewegen konnte. Ich würde bei meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise nach Yokohama gerne in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Good customer service but the pillow in the room is very soft and thin. My room type has a very narrow doorway that I dislike. And there is not much lighting in the doorway so it is very dark.

Das Regency Club-Personal dieses Hotels ist einige der besten in der Industrie. Personal, das unseren 15-Nacht-Übernachtung fühlte sich wie zu Hause: Shoko, Risako, Chiaki, Shelley, Futoshi, Bianca, Mizuki, Hsegawa und einige andere, leider habe ich ihre Namen nicht erhalten. Sie halfen mir mit allen Bedürfnissen und Fragen, einschließlich Hilfe mit Reservierungen und Reiseplänen. Sie sprechen alle Englisch und sind super geduldig mit Familien. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und modern. Die Hausaufbewahrung ist erstaunlich und sichergestellt, dass unser Baby-Schleifen-Stein jeden Tag geändert wurde und jeder Zoll unseres Zimmers war sauber. Ich habe für eine Suite gewählt, die ein erstaunliches Badezimmer mit einem super großen Tub hatte. Die Blinden sind automatisch und die Ansichten sind groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte so viele Wahlen und war so gut. Das Hotel ist 2 Blocks von einem erstaunlichen Wasserfrontpark und einen 10-minütigen Spaziergang zum Yokohama Stadium. 5-minütigen Spaziergang zu Chinatown auch. Der Zug ist auch weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß und es gibt eine 24-Stunden-Lawson direkt über die Straße. Oh ja, ein wirklich besonderer Dank an die Klingelfrau, die mit meinem Gepäck auf die Straße vor Lawson mit dem Taxi wartete, während ich nachdem ich merkte, ich vergaß mein Telefon im Zimmer nach dem Auschecken.

I love the location of this hotel, which is right above Shin-Yokohama station and on the 10th floor of a mall which houses usual popular stores like Uniqlo and Gu. Souvenir/food stores are in the mall and train station too. It also has a gym although I didn’t go check it out. There’s also a guest lounge for free coffee/tea/juices and newspapers which you can enjoy on the 12th floor. And this lounge has a nice view too of the streets below. Staff are friendly and helpful, although many are not proficient in English. I’m All in, I would stay here if I visit Yokohama again. I would also recommend this place to others (which I did!)
