3-Sterne-Hotels in Yokohama Nishi Ward

Wow! The location of this hotel is literally right in the heart of Yokohama, many markets, restaurants and bars nearby. The Yokohama station is just a few minutes walk away which is near many attractions such as the Yokohama amusement park, the Sky Garden and Cable car ride about one stop away on the station. The hotel was super clean especially since it’s relatively new this year 2024. The room was a bit small but very comfortable and the price at the time of booking was super reasonable at the time. I would definitely book again.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wanderweite bis zum Yokohama Station. Neben dem Hotel gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Die Rezeption ist im zweiten Stock. Der Aufzug ist etwas klein für Leute mit großen Taschen. Das Badezimmer ist zu klein und hat einen scharfen Schritt, um ins Zimmer und Bad zu gehen. Ein älterer Mensch könnte das schwer finden. Meine Mutter stieg auf den Rand und fiel runter. Die Einrichtungen können im Lobbyraum gesammelt werden. Gute Sachen.

Hotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be something special. This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional. If you’re looking for comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

Die Lage ist OK, es gibt ein Schrank, Zimmer und Badezimmer 🚾 Es gibt genügend Platz, es gibt bequeme Geschäfte unten, viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe, es gibt viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten, alle Aspekte sind gut.

Coming out of Yokohama West Exit, Takashimaya, the location is pretty good, there are many restaurants around, but the soundproofing in the room is really poor, the sound of the train is constant, considering the location, it is understandable

Der Verkehr von der Station ist sehr gut. Das Sauna-Zimmer ist sehr gut, aber ich fürchte, die Temperatur des warmen Raums ist relativ niedrig (möglicherweise etwa 38℃?).

Hope the rest don’t face the same issue like me. Hotel location is abit far from station, upon reaching the front desk told me there is no luggage storage service. Had to walk back to station to use coin locker. No luggage storage before check in or after check out. Far from station.

Der Rezeptionservice ist sehr schön, unser Zimmer ist zu geeignet für eine dreifache Person, jede Person hat ein Bett, ein Badezimmer und ein Badezimmer sind sehr groß! Die geografische Lage ist sehr bequem, die Nähe ist das westliche Restaurant, die Gegenseite ist 24-Stunden-Bequemlichkeitsgeschäft, Pflegezimmer, Wohnzimmer haben!
