--- Deutsch --- Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Abends und Nachts ist es ruhig. Also ist die Lage kein Nachteil. Das Personal war super freundlich. Ich musste einmal mein Zimmer tauschen. Für diese Unannehmlichkeit hat sich das Hotelpersonal entschuldigt und mir für die restliche Zeit des Aufenthalts ein größeres Zimmer angeboten. Auch eine Verlängerung meines Aufenthalts klappte ohne Probleme. Die Zimmer haben eine kleine, unauffällige Sicherheitsvorkehrung. Wenn die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen ist, meldet sich akustisch die Tür. Sehr praktisch. Am Frühstück kann man nichts aussetzen. Es ist vielfältig und für jeden was dabei. Das Zimmer selber war immer sauber. Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe suchen müsste, müsste man lange suchen. Man hat die Option, Privat seine Wäsche zu waschen. Das Fusselsieb beim Trockner wird anscheinend kontrolliert und gereinigt. Top. Da haben andere Hotels definitiv Nachholbedarf. Auch passendes Waschmittel wird bereit gestellt. Und jetzt das einzige was man bemängeln könnte. Es ist die Laufzeit beim waschen und trocknen. Ich musste Jeans waschen. Die Laufzeit insgesamt von waschen und trocken dauerte rund 3 Stunden. Das ist leider definitiv zu lange. In diesem Punkt sind andere Hotels besser. Unterm Strich kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. --- English --- The hotel is in the middle of the city. Friendly staff. I chose the lowest priced room available: a room without a window (1003). It is December so the outside temperature is cool, but inside it felt warm without needing to turn on the air conditioner. An upgrade to the ventilation system would make this room even better.

國慶入住，兩間房，服務不錯，客房大，早餐不錯，周邊環境很好，高樓層看湖景很棒。建議衞生間和淋浴間玻璃門霧化或磨砂，因為靠着門口，很不方便，來人的時候，如果在洗手間或洗澡，太尷尬了。酒店應該屬於宜興當地的老牌的五星酒店了，整體不錯。

賓館挺好的，很乾凈，服務態度也很好，早餐也令人滿意，停車很方便，停車場很規範，價格也合適，而且是三星級標準，以後還會再次入住！

The AC is not good enough, only cooling down the focal area of main bedroom, not in the rest room/ showroom and living room areas. Although the buffet breakfast is from 6:30-10:30, but after 8-8:30, nothing left too much to eat. Also the background music during the later breakfast is not good, hearing like in the funeral.

很滿意，房間乾淨整潔，環境安靜適宜，服務人員態度很好，看我妻子懷孕了還特意打電話聯繫給我更換洗手間的防滑拖鞋。服務很不錯。早餐很豐富，營養均衡。辦理退房簡單，不需要等待，即辦即走。很滿意。唯一的問題就是酒店停車位太少，停車不是很方便。

年初一不想住在親戚家，所以提前定了維也納，位置好，酒店也乾淨，服務人員也很有禮貌，早餐也很豐富，電視的話衹能看直播，有些無聊！唯獨一點希望酒店可以改正一下，就是拖完地的拖把最好不要在客房的洗臉池清洗，就算要洗，洗完後也把洗臉池消毒一下，畢竟客人也要洗臉洗水果洗衣服，很不衞生的呢！
