Yinchuan Drum Tower Tongfu Madison Hotel

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

既然還沒有通風晾好味道，就不要開業！既然還沒裝修好，也先別著急賺錢！讓顧客來當凈化器了嗎？入住體驗可以説是極差。剛進入房間，就被一股刺鼻的裝修味道所籠罩，味道不僅薰眼睛、辣鼻子，甚至讓人感覺呼吸困難。 而最可笑的，家庭房內衹提供了兩個牙刷，門還不能反鎖，這讓我對房間的安全感到擔憂。最讓人無法接受的是，當出現任何問題去找酒店前台時，他們的回覆竟是需要找平台協商解決，完全沒有積極處理問題的態度。這種服務質量實在是讓人失望透頂！強烈不建議大家選擇這家酒店。
