Шикарный отель с крутым сервисом. Бесплатно проапгрейдили номер. Центр Еревана маленький - от отеля можно легко дойти до главной площади, рядом полно ресторанов, а через дорогу - винтажный рынок. Завтраки - отдельная любовь. Очень понравилось. Спа зона скромная, но там и особо людей не было)

У отеля отличное расположение. До площади Республики 15 минут пешком. Завтраки разнообразные, по просьбе готовят глазунью. Приветливый персонал. Красивый вид из окна.

Hotel carino e in posizione a ridosso del centro.
Nonostante l’alta potenzialitá dell’hotel, ci sono state alcune criticità:
- il primo giorno abbiamo trovato delle mutande usate nell’armadio e un altro giorno una pezza bagnata sul comodino;
- ad una colazione non c’era più quasi nulla da mangiare (mancavano ancora 30min al termine); abbiamo dovuto lamentarci e dal giorno successivo le cose sono migliorate;
- la temperatura in camera non era ben regolabile;
- nella SPA alle h21:00 non abbiamo trovato asciugamani e sauna e bagno turco non erano ben funzionanti (la prima non aveva luce interna e il secondo non scaldava a sufficienza).
Nonostante le lamentele, il manager dell’hotel non ha pensato di omaggiarci di qualcosa per scusarsi in qualche modo, ma ha solo provato a risolvere i problemi (non sempre con successo).
Attenzione ai dettagli e alla cura del cliente da rivedere!

We stayed from 16-18june we got a dirty room toilet +dust in the room. Room was very noisy(roof fan vibration) After push with reception we have been changed to 2nd floor room Jacuzzi was super dirty (see photo) and tv was nos working at 11pm we are still waiting for the technician to come fix while our kids are sleeping. Really not worth 180$/night !

We recently stayed at this hotel in Yerevan and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, with spotless corridors and rooms, and it had a nice view of the surrounding area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it wasn't a big problem for us. Despite the distance, we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great views.

Our family of four stayed comfortably in the Art Deluxe with two queen beds. The room was spacious, clean, uniquely decorated and bright with great garden views. Breakfast was simple and included a lot of delicious fresh fruits and cheese. Very centrally located with helpful staff! Would definitely recommend for a value-for-money stay in Yerevan.

My trip to Armenia was scorched from the start. Moscow was training new passport personnel. So the process lengthened. I got to my gate it was closed, so new ticket had to be booked and of course paid for again. I was assured that I could use my English bank cards in Armenia, Not So. Then my Russian bank card could not be used either because of sanctions. The staff at M53 were exceptional. Imagine a customer who from the outset could not pay the bill, they were patient active and did not make me feel anything less than important. I cannot praise them highly enough. So, if you want a hotel where the staff will go that extra mile for you then this hotel is for you. Also the hotel is clean inviting and four star. The staff of course are six star. Staff on reception from the night staff to the morning day staff deserve a bonus. I have travelled the world and stayed in amazing hotels. This is by far the best. honestly! They deserve this praise and helps more beside. By the way the bill was eventually paid, but my day continued it's downhill spiral. I could say why, but I won't. Well done M53

We arrived late around 11pm and michael welcome us very warmly and Samuel. They are very polite and friendly. Got problem with charger and they able to provide our needs. Offer portable power bank. Room got upgraded to two queen size bed which added to our comfort as we are family of three … Breakfast is amazing. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and welcoming. She always check what we need. The restaurant room service was dabulous. Foods is amazing. We also got emergency situation and the reception lady was very attentive and she knows what to do, she even able to help us call ambulance and able to calm us in an emergency situation. My brother enjoyed the television and the good wifi connection. We can also walk from the republic square and very nice biew from outside our room 224…Overall the hotel is recommendable for all tourist like us., they kept us safe and comfortable. Feelslike home…Thank you for your great service Messier 53 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed my 7 day stay here. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms light and airy and the bathroom spacious. It is set in small garden so away from traffic. Excellent breakfast bar and restaurant facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 4 nights in early August. Messier53 is a decent hotel located at a central yet quiet location. The vernisage is across the road from the hotel and the main square, shopping area and restaurants are 15 mins by walk. The room was ok, decent size but had this massive square pillar which kind of made the room feel smaller than it was. The bathroom was modern but the sink area did not have any place for a hand towel - small detail but it was inconvenient every time I washed my hands. The real issue for me was the air conditioning in the room that was centrally controlled and the temperature did not go below 25-26 degrees. It was really hot in Yerevan while I was there so it was very difficult to get proper sleep at night with the Aircon at 25-26. I had to call the staff a few times - once for an iron, once because the tv didn’t work and couple of times to clean my room. They were always quick to send someone and I never had to wait for more than 5 mins. The breakfast was really good and there were different dishes everyday with tons of fresh fruit. The staff at the hotel was nice and courteous but I would like to mention Ani at breakfast who was just the best. She was friendly and took such good care of me every morning at the restaurant. A big thank you to her!! Overall a nice hotel in a good location but someone needs to do something about the Aircon.

The hotel room, reception, facilities , room service and food are all very good. The reception staff are very helpful. The food quality is good. Menu has many options. Areas to improve: Staff in hospitality business must know some basic English. Some staff including the bar tender and few reception staff did not speak one English word. Restaurant staff are very bad, no smile, no greeting, no customer service. They come across bored , don’t want to do their job. They need lots of training if they want to continue in the hospitality industry. We found none of them good, morning and evening.
