Good stay. Hotel was good. Close to city center. Staff professionalism varies. Rooms were clean. I was in a single room but my friends rooms caries alot it seems their is individuality in the each room and suite . Breakfast was decent and staff there were lovely Unfortunately there was no view from the rooms. Security lock in my room wasnt working honestly couldnt bother to complain. Soundproof was too poor. Some nights i couldn’t sleep because of slamming doors Grocery store near by and many nice restaurants within walking distance Tv channels can be improved with better english language entertainment channels

*Yerevan Best Hotel. * It is my fourth stay in this member of the “small luxury hotel of the world” hotel. The Guests list of this hotel includes Royalties. Heads of states, Movie Stars , famous Musicians, and international celebrities. You can see their pictures and guest book writings in the hotel impressive hall-of fame. The hotel has a very unique location at the heart of central Yerevan, on one of the main roads in the city. I was staying in a beautiful Room which had classic elegant design. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, with excellent king size bed, high quality beddings, large Bathroom with upscale amenities. The rooms are disinfected and are very clean. The hotel has many disinfection Stations throughout the entire hotel. The Service is excellent on every level . A special compliment to Liana Hovsepyan the profesional front office manager that arranged for me the perfect accommodation. She is very professional and very kind and speaking fluent English like most of the staff . The breakfast in the hotel is one of the best you will find in Yerevan . They have good quality choices including fresh detox juices and tasty local products that you can find only in Armenia. The waiters staff are very effective and polite and I must give special complement to the excellent Restarants manager David who takes care of every detail. The hotel surrounding has many Restaurants, cafes and shops worth visiting. The hotel is always a buzzing place with VIP’s and guests thanks to the professional PR manager Syuzi Ayrumyan who makes everyone feel like VIP and is also the best personal shopper and adviser to all magical places and Shops in this Beautiful city . Other things i love in this hotel are the chic bar/cafe lobby area with live pianists every evening . I love the elegant spa, the fitness Room and the roof swimming pool. I love the Classic ambiance and I fully recommend Grand hotel as The best and excellent choice for business or pleasure in this amazing and charming city. I will be back .

Wir kamen hier auf den Urlaub des Neujahres, 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Zuerst war es sehr kalt in den Zimmern, wie im Kühlschrank, das Hotel offenbar nicht heiß, TK nicht erwartete kalt. Aber dann das Problem gelöst, bei der Temperatur war es komfortabel, sogar mit einem offenen Festung schlafen. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, komfortabel, alles, was Sie zu essen brauchen - Twigs, Bügel, Badewaschmaschinen, Scharven und Schuhe, Kühlschrank, Schuhstripper, sogar Gewichte. Was nicht ist, ist die Kleider, der Kleider ist in ihm, und sie sprühen Dinge, auf den Stuhl, auf einen Stuhl. Keine Hügel von oben Kleidung, es gab ein Lagerhaus im Korridor auf dem Grab. Ich empfehle Ihnen, Hügel für Komfort zu hängen, es ist nicht teuer)) das Personal im Hotel ist freundlich, es gibt einen Schwimmbad und Sauna, Fitnessraum. Aber das Beste hier ist Frühstück! Das ist alles! Und lokales Essen, mit lokalen Grünen wert einen ganzen Korb, lokale Käse!!! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem.

Der Service ist gut, es wird helfen, zu parken, das Bett ist auch sehr komfortabel, die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr gut, der Winter ist sehr warm

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, man kann die Hauptattraktionen und diverse Restaurants per pedes erreichen. Frühstück war gut, Gym ebenfalls und die Zimmer ausreichend geräumig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einzig ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die sicher gut gemeint sind….: Handtücher müssen wirklich nicht jeden Tag getauscht werden oder vielleicht beim Frühstück mit dem Abräumen der Teller etwas warten….

Das Hotel ist sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen klein und sagt, das Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstückssorten, aber der Geschmack ist gut. Das Temperaturklima in der Blattblase ist ähnlich wie das frische Kräuter, so dass die Früchte sehr lecker sind. Das Hotel-Servicepersonal ist auch sehr enthusiastisch und hat keine kleinen Gebühren. Die Kaffeebar neben einem kleinen Teepool ist direkt zu zahlen, wenn sie die Rechnung abwickelt.

Obwohl dieses Hotel ein 4-star Hotel ist, ist der Front Desk Service des Hotels sehr schlecht.Wir haben ein großes Bett auf der Hotelaufstellung gewählt, aber das Hotel sagte, dass sie diese Nachfrage nicht sehen konnten und unsere Anfrage nicht erfüllen konnten. Auch war es sehr schlecht, Würmer am Morgen des ersten Tages im Bett zu finden. Ich habe mich darüber beschwert, aber ich bin nicht sicher, ob sie die Blätter änderten. Als ich am letzten Tag auschecken wollte, wollte ich fragen, ob es eine Größenordnung gibt, die meine Gepäck weegt.Ein junger Mann wollte helfen, aber eine Dame am Vorderbüro des Hotels hatte eine schlechte Einstellung und hält ihn davon ab, zu helfen, und hält weiter nein. Ich mag auch nicht die Bettwäsche des Hotels, die transparent sind, und die Sound-Isolierung des Hotels ist auch sehr schlecht. Ich kann die Stimmen anderer Menschen im Korridor in der Mitte der Nacht hören. Dieses Hotel ist zwar ein vier-Sterne-Hotel, aber der Rezeptionservice ist sehr schlecht. Wir haben ein großes Bett für unsere Hotelbestellung gewählt, aber das Hotel sagte, dass es diese Anforderungen nicht sehen kann und nicht unseren Anforderungen genügen kann. Am ersten Morgen fand ich Insekten im Bett, es ist wirklich schlimm. Ich habe mich darüber beschwert, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie das Bett ersetzt haben. Am letzten Tag, wenn Sie sich vorbereiten, aus dem Zimmer zu gehen, möchte ich fragen, ob ich ein Gepäckgewicht habe, das ich kriege. Ein junger Mann will Hilfe, aber eine Frau auf der Rezeption des Hotels hat eine schlechte Einstellung, sie hat ihn nicht gehalten und hat es immer gesagt. This is everything you would expect of a modern Luxury Collection property. The rooms, the pool, the gym, breakfast... all top notch. Location is also perfect. There were, however some problems. Some serious. Some minor. Serious: - there is no way to contact the hotel electronically prior to arrival. There is no published email. I contacted them by Facebook Messenger, and they gave me an email address.... to which they did not reply. I recontacted via Messager... and they did not reply. No email address for a hotel in 2023 is not acceptable. - I was arriving ahead of the check-in time (10am vs 2pm) and checking out well before the check-out time (6am vs 12 noon). I explained the situation, said that I did not need my room early but i) if it was available great but ii) if it wasn't I would freshen up and change my travel clothes in the gym changing room. The answer - 'if you want the room before 2pm, you pay 50% of the daily rate. You may access the gym only after 2pm'. I was shocked. I understand that they are under no obligation, but refusing to allow someone to use the changing room?? I insisted. Eventually they relented. The changing room was perfect (and empty). But not good first impressions. - Returning from dinner, I was surprised that there is no evening turn-down service. I went to bed just before 10pm (I had been travelling) and did not think to put up DND sign because I was getting up at 6am and receiving room service breakfast. The turn down service came into my room just after 10pm when I was in bed. That is bizarrely late IMO (note that Yerevan is a late city with limited morning activity). - Room service breakfast was delicious except that orange juice was in a bottle. In Armenia, fresh OJ is available from any roadside stall. Surely the kitchens of the Alexander can produce it for breakfast? The hotel is expensive. It seems to be priced with the diaspora in mind who will not be surprised by NYC or Paris prices. For example, the $200 per hour for a massage is really extreme in this part of the world. I have no doubt about their claim to be the best hotel in Armenia, and I appreciated the luxury and service after some challenging travels through the Caucuses. However, I do think the management should get a grip on the service/value balance.
