Stopped off for a light lunch in Street. We were pushed to order through the app, as according to our server it was easier for us (and later heard saying to a colleague they should push all customers to do so because it's easier for them). As a result of using the app we ordered the wrong lunch (Lunch rump steak rather than lunch rump steak sandwich). One of us ordered from the starters and we wanted the food to come out together, relying on the fact that there were four drinks and four dishes ordered. But no, the soup came out and the rest of the food wasn't ready for half an hour. The medium steak was badly overcooked, and the triple-cooked chips were somehow badly undercooked. We had no check on the meal (which was probably a good thing by then), no request for extra drinks and were roundly ignored while we were in there. Luckily we hadn't left a tip while required to pay for everything while ordering. Here's a hint - the app isn't easier for your customers. It means you get no chance to check on the table, no chance to engage pleasantly with them, no chance to check everything's ordered right and no chance to achieve the 'above and beyond' that generates good tips. Stay away unless you like poor food and being ignored.
