Yeovil Town Centre

Great stay! Had a wonderful time at Premier Inn Yeovil Town Centre. The rooms were clean and comfy, a good location and the service was great. A huge thanks to Morgan for being so helpful and friendly. Definitely going to stay here again when im nearby!

Great place to stay, staff really helpful, special mention to Morgan who always resolves any problems (usually none). Comfy beds and great to have a soak in the bath ☺️. Parking is easy, not too far to the car park, park next to the hotel after 6 and depart before 8 though

'Terrible' does not relate to the overall stay - Just Breakfast Staffing. Room great - ALL Staff were great. BUT ..... had to wait 15 mins to be seated at breakfast, then it was a further hour before the breakfast was served. One Chef, One waitress (Fran) and they had pulled in another member of staff from housekeeping - Unsure of her name, but she was another hardworking, polite and friendly individual. They were working seriously hard to keep things going, and the restaurant was not overly busy, the staff were constantly having to replenish the Continental breakfast as everyone was using that counter whilst waiting for cooked breakfasts. One of our group was told they could not have breakfast as it was too busy and they had not pre-paid, even though they were staying in the hotel, and were booked in the night before - In fairness, that did get sorted. I know of at least one couple who went in for breakfast, but left after 45 mins when their order had not even been taken. Come on Yeovil Premier Inn - You NEED to sort out your staff cover! Having one of the Housekeeping team does not resolve the issue. I have stayed in a lot of Premier inns, but never known anything like this before. Your customer facing Staff were a credit to your company - Your rota planning was diabolical

Bar closed early, no beer on draft, restaurant closed. Room was terrible. parking is an issue too not very straight forward instructions. Staff were hardly visible and not engaging like they could not be bothered and there was no uniform code the footwear of trainers was very inappropriate.

Stayed here for one night in February. Paid £45 (non-refundable) for a Premier double room. Check in was easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The wifi was awful but you can upgrade for £5 and we only need the bed to sleep in so didn't factor that in. There was a connecting door which we were made aware of but there was limited noise to be heard. I love the late check out (12pm) and we got breakfast in the morning. Took a little while for us to be seated as there was only one person but they were attentive afterwards. I'm vegan so was surprised by pretty decent vegan options (faux sausages and bacon, vegan spread, golden syrup, fruit and soya milk). There was no one at the desk to check out but there was a check out box. Second time staying here and would recommend.

Waited two hours for breakfast even though the restaurant was half empty. Asked for a refund but told they can’t do anything there and all complaints have to go through guest services. Fire alarm went off twice during the night, Room very noisy just due to lack of soundproofing, View awful and bathroom fousty.
