the villa and facilities are excellent, breakfast spread was also decent with an option for local vietnamese pho bo. however location is slightly further away from the main attractions like Tam Coc or Mua Caves

Es gibt nicht viele Arten und teure Lebensmittel, aber es war lecker und frisch. Der Pool ist klein, aber die Einrichtungen sind nicht schlecht. Es war jedoch schade, dass es keine Duscheleiter gab, bevor der Kunde ankam. Die Fitnesseinrichtungen sind nicht schlecht, aber die Reinigung ist nicht sehr gut. Es gibt nicht viele Benutzer, so ist es normalerweise wie das Ausschalten des Klimaanlagen und die Tür öffnen, aber dann ist der Staub ein wenig. Ich kann Insekten manchmal sehen. Das Fenster ist groß, so dass wenn Sie einfach den Pool außerhalb des Fensters reinigen, die Ansicht ist gut. Die Bergblicke waren sehr schön im 7. Stockzimmer, das Bett war fluffig, die Blätter waren sauber, und es gab eine Badezimmer. Die Badezimmertür ist geschlossen, und das Badezimmerfenster ist Romanshade. Ich habe nichts zu essen, aber es war billig und ich hatte Ziegenfleisch gefriert im Restaurant, und es gab zu viele Zitronengras für meinen Geschmack, aber es war genießend und lecker. Obwohl der Pool klein ist, sind die Einrichtungen nicht schlecht. Es war jedoch ein wenig enttäuschend, dass es keine Dusche Anweisungen für Kunden vor dem Eintritt in den Pool gab. Die Fitnesseinrichtungen sind nicht schlecht, aber die Sauberkeit ist auch sehr schlecht. Es gibt nicht viele Benutzer, so es scheint, sie schließen normalerweise den Klimaanlagen aus und öffnen die Tür, aber deshalb gibt es ein wenig Staub dort sitzen. Ich habe das Ziegenfleisch-Stir-frisch im Restaurant versucht. Die Menge großzügig und schmeckt lecker, obwohl es zu viel Lemongras für meinen Geschmack gab.

I have been travelling for around 6 weeks now and this is by far the best homestay that I’ve stayed in whilst being here. The rooms are extremely spacious with A/C, the pool was lovely and the location is superb. The ladies that runs this homestay needs her own paragraph because she is phenomenal, whether it’s recommending places to go or helping with any day to day issues you may have she is always on hand to help. Our bus out of Ninh Binh was a late one but she let us keep the room all day free of charge because of how hot it was. Not only this, when we left she provided us with water and snacks to take with us. She is an absolute credit to the homestay and I cannot praise this absolute gem of a place to stay enough.

The room (premium deluxe) was absolutely stunning, with a very beautiful scenic view, a very comfortable matress and very clean also. The location is also very good, its convenient to walk and see tam coc and also for the boat trips. The breakfast was good and there is a nice pool to swim. That said, We had a big problem of noise : a new bar opened next door and the noise was umbelievably loud, the staff could’nt tell us what was the closing hour of the bar and wasn’t capable of going and pick the information when we asked several time. They did a discount on the room because we could’nt sleep at all (it was like we were in the bar) so I thank them for that because they tried their best to help us, but in the future I hope that they can make an arrangment on the level of noise with the new bar, otherwhise, clients will not be respected for what they pay…

Really friendly and nice receptionist, message to check what time i will be arriving. Good location and walking distance to mua cave and scenic viewpoint. Bicycle are also free for rental and serve me well to explore the area Room was really huge and comfortable. Buffet breakfast provided is simple

Diese Lage war perfekt und jeder war super schön. Es war ruhig und gemütlich im Bungalow. Wir vermieten einen Scooter und es war super einfach zu kommen. Das Frühstück war süß. Wir werden sicher hier wieder bleiben!

Ein traumhaft schönes Resort, das sich perfekt in die umliegende Natur einfügt. Die beste Unterkunft auf unserer dreiwöchigen Reise durch Vietnam. Die ganze Anlage ist toll angelegt und wirkt sehr gepflegt. Die stilvollen Zimmer sind in Bungalows über die Anlage verteilt, alles wirkt sehr naturverbunden. Es gibt einen Pool mit Liegen zum Entspannen und einer Bar mit einer interessanten und vielfältigen Getränkeauswahl. Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist eher vietnamesisch gehalten, aber es gibt auch eine europäische Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Resort nur empfehlen!

There are 5 rooms. We'd originally booked the largest, but found it was right next to the pool and all guests had to walk past the only window. The other rooms (as far as I could tell) are all the same layout with a bed hard up against one wall. For an older couple it makes getting up in the night awkward. The bed is very hard. There is a kettle and fridge but no cups or Tea/Coffee/Water. These are relatively trivial and could be easily remedied. On the positive side, the brother and sister who run it are lovely people and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is great and the on-site restaurant good. The pool is fantastic and spotlessly clean. They have free bikes for use and very cheap scooter hire. The location is excellent and near other places to eat. 10 minute cycle to Trang An boats and Mua cave Lookout.

So much to love about this place. It is spacious and as a solo traveller you can spend time either with yourself or with others. Bikes are available and you are smack bang near all the offerings of Trang An. The family are sweet and there was the added bonus of three new born puppies to play with. The rooms are incredibly clean and beds so comfortable. A bed net will keep the odd mosquito away and the views, well what can I say but they are stupendous and I'd say probably the best out of the homestays in the area. If you are considering this area then it's likely you are wanting a break from the high tourism areas so this is perfect. Breakfast is simple with enough variation to keep you interested each day and the owners make a mean cocktail for poolside rest.
