Sehr schönes Hotel 👍🏻👍🏻 Personal und das Essen waren top! Ich hatte sehr sehr viel Spaß hier und die Kinder haben es auch genossen. Eine zusätzliche Kinderbetreuung bzw. Aktivitäten für die Kinder werden auch angeboten. Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich und meine Freundin sind 3 Mal in diesem Sommer im Hotel Marco Polo gewesen :-) Wir werden bei einem nächsten Trip nach Tunesien wieder im Hotel Marco Polo zu Gast sein!

Ich muss sagen bin sehr überrascht von dem hotel von der tollen Arbeit und dem ganzen Team von Rezeption bis Animation und Küche, es wurde jeden Tag für die Kids im kinderclub organisiert so das meine Schwester mal abschalten konnte, Restaurant sehr sauber mit desinfektion und keine Selbstbedienung durch Abtrennung vom Essen was super war. Das Team der Animation waren immer megaaaaa cool jeden Tag gab es neue Programme immer gut gelaunt die haben uns immer zum lachen gebracht. Die Toiletten in der lobby wurden mehrmals gereinigt es war immer jemand da und war alles sauber. Die Direktor haben sich unsere Wünsche angepasst und ich muss sagen meine ganze Familie wollen wieder kommen und das ist das was zählt. Wir kommen wieder und vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Shoukran 🇹🇳🙏

Super Hotel für Familie mit Kinder, viel Animation für Kinder, gute Kinderbetreung. Kinder waren nicht langweilig. Ziemmer sauber unt täglich geputzt, Personal höflich und immer bereit zu helfen. Essen besten viele verschiedene Essen zum auswählen,Animation Grupe spitze Pollbar zum genießen und viel mehr...

This hotel needs investment and care.the floor tiles round and near the pool are broke.the kids club exterior is a mess.food not very good and mostly cold.cockroachs in the toilets.entertainment very poor in march because of ramadam and low season.outdoor pool was dirty and no pumps etc on.best bit of all the holiday was the great staff.heated indoor pool was cold.gym everything broke.pool tables and air hockey very dirty you pay to get filthy.glad to get home never again.thishotel was in ramadam which I understand.

The staff at this resort is extremely good. The staff are very helpful, the resort is clean and the swim up bar is brill. Food is nice and a good selection. This is our 2nd visit to Marco Polo and it is an amazing resort, the food is always fresh & delicious and all the staff, from reception, cleaners, bar, food servers & chefs are so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, last time we came with our teenagers, this time as a couple & this resort suits everybody. Thank you so much Marco Polo x x

Everything was almost okay , except lack of guests I felt a little bit alone otherwise The Spa was excellent and one of the masseuse was my favourite. Anyway, I enjoyed my time , the weather was good , I enjoyed the food , everything was clean my room the areas.. the stuff were were wonderful, the bar the front desk , the restaurant especially the guest relation manager, she was very beautiful friendly and especially helpful. We went in February, so well out of season (which we knew before booking). Unfortunately our trip was right when the outdoor pool was having essential maintenance carried out on it, but the staff were so welcoming and attentive, they did everything we asked for and more. The indoor pool was quite large and so warm, nice to sit and read a book in-between dips. We had entertainment on one of the evenings, which was a good laugh and the Spa was just sublime. There must have been no more than 20 people staying while we were there (short 4 day trip) so it felt like we were Lord & Lady of the mansion. The weather was warm, but not hot, which was perfect for us. The food was to die for. It's an elegant Hotel, with amazing views and backs right onto the beach (yet to be swept for the upcoming season), and so tranquil at this time of year. The Hotel can hold up to 1,200 people, so if you want a bit more of a buzz, I would say to go anytime from the end of March and if you love the crowds, peak-season is June - September. All-in-all we could not fault the staff and the way treated us throughout our stay.

Visited the hotel with family will give honest review Good point :Great location ,large swimming pool ,good animation .big and comfortable room Bad point : Wifi : only around reception Staff : reception lady very rude and fake smile .I had room with no mini bar ,no phone ,no hair dryer asked for the room tobe changed and been promised to fix next day but didn't after 4 days stay still not fixed I have attached picture You have blue and grey bracelet so they treat you different if you are Arabic or north African. (Algerian ) Restaurant is average (lady who do omelette and fried eggs very rude always moody ) Waiters treat European people differently from Algerian or even Tunisian you will need to give tips them to get great service Swimming pool: if you want sun lounger you need to pay the life Garde to put towel for you in the morning at 6am when he come otherwise hard to get one .some of them go the beach and leave towel on sun lounger all day occupied .
