Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Die Mahlzeiten sind köstlich. Es ist eine schöne Erfahrung, in der blauen Lagune zu bleiben, ich werde auf jeden Fall in Zukunft wiederkommen. Das Resort bietet jeden Tag verschiedene Aktivitäten und an manchen Tagen einen Ausflug zur Sawa-i-lau-Höhle oder eine Bergbesteigung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Auf dem Boot sind etwa 4 Stunden gekommen, eine sehr schwierige Reise, der kleine Partner des Boots ist zu beachten. Die Insel ist sehr ökologisch und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, weil der Wind im Hafen ruhig ist und sehr geeignet für Tauchen. Die Zimmerumgebung ist gut, eine Person ist eine kleine Villa, beachten Sie die Verteidigung der Würmer, das Zimmer hat selbst eine kleine Aktivitätszone, es ist auch gut. Das Essen ist im Allgemeinen, einige müssen auch zusätzliche Gebühren zahlen, vor allem das Frühstück ist nicht möglich. Zusammenfassend ist dieser günstigste Preis auf der Insel Yasawa, geeignet für ruhige kleine Partner. Achtung!

Barefoot Manta war erstaunlich! Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte und hatten die beste Zeit. Das Personal war unglaublich, vor allem der inländische marine Biologe Rob, der eine Mine von Informationen und Begeisterung war. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Strände, von denen man schnorcheln kann, und die Schnorcheln waren das Beste, das wir je gesehen haben, es ist eine geschützte Meeresreserve und wir haben an der Korallenplantation teilgenommen, die groß war. Die Manta Ray-Reisen ereigneten sich 3 unserer 5 Tage, es ist ein wenig unkontrollierter Bodenkampf mit verschiedenen Resorts, die ihre Boote zu sehen die Mantas schicken, aber die Barefoot Manta Crew wurde ausgebildet und respektvoll. Das Resort ist schön und hat einen schönen Vibe, das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir blieben in einem doppelten Bure auf der Sonnenuntergangseite, es war ein ständiges Zelt und es war alles, was wir wünschten, direkt am Strand. Der Essensplan ist wirklich teuer nach unseren Standards, ich hätte eine al a carte Option bevorzugt, da ich Lebensmittelbeschränkungen habe und ich fand, dass essen Salat und Reis für fast jedes Essen langweilig und wiederholt war. Die Mitarbeiter versuchten jedoch, aber $40 Fijian für Salat und Reis war ein bisschen auf der Nase. Bring Snacks! Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn sie den Tee/Kaffee den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung hätten und vielleicht etwas für Nachmittagsthee zur Verfügung hätten, da es 6 Uhr zwischen Mittag und Abendessen ist. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort.

Sehr ruhige und freundliche Umgebung, geeignet für Familienurlaub, frischer Essensservice ist sehr gut; Zimmer sind allgemeiner, müssen mit Mückenstichen und Sonnenschutzmitteln ausgestattet sein

We had the good fortune to stay at this delightful Fijian owned resort on Bekana island for 16 nights in Feb.2023. Because it was the low season, it was very quiet so we received undivided attention and were treated like royalty. We didn’t mind the warm rain as it beat the Canadian winter. On rainy days we relaxed in the reception area perused the internet, played cards, learned how to play pool and showed the staff how to play table tennis. Because it was warm we could still kayak,go snorkelling and use the pool. The pool was small but big enough to aquasize. We stayed in a clean ocean front bure and were thankful for the AC. The groundskeeper worked so hard to keep our beach clean of debris that was frequently washed up from Lautoka. The resort was frequented by day trippers but they posed no problem to us who were staying long term. The staff worked so hard to make sure we were comfortable and even prepared a beautiful Birthday cake for my husband and surprised him with a special Birthday celebration. It was very touching. Thank you Joey! Va was always available to help us with excursions and was very professional. She arranged transport for us using a reliable taxi service. Our driver Krish was so polite and a wealth of knowledge. We felt so safe in his car as he was a courteous and careful driver having been a driving instructor for 38 years. Louisa took us to her church in the mountains so we could listen to the beautiful choir one Sunday. Such a unique experience most tourists don’t get to enjoy. Kartika prepared the most delicious breakfasts for us with an Indian flare. We appreciated that as we are not used to just having sweet cakes for breakfast which seems to be the norm in Fiji. The fish and chips were a favourite for us and the stir fry’s. The pizza was very large but would prefer that ketchup be kept off it. The drinks the bartender made looked delicious but we only had the buckets of beer.Somedays we went across the water on the skiff for dinner elsewhere but always felt bad for leaving our “ home” on Bekana island. The skiff was available most times but if you came back later at night it wasn’t always easy to contact the island for a ride back. Not fun if the mosquitoes were hungry as we waited on the pier. The grounds around the resort were lovely and in the morning we were sometimes visited by a few chickens or goats who were curious and a resident cat. At night the frogs went a hopping! One day we had the opportunity to go to one of the outer islands for half a day. We picnicked,explored the island and snorkelled. It was a wonderful day with great weather and clear water. When it came time to leave, all the day staff were there to sing us a farewell song. We all felt very emotional as we felt we were leaving family. We were so fortunate to be off the beaten track and experience what the real Fiji is all about. We wish the resort good luck on the new addition of their water park ( largest in Fji) Vinaka, Belo Vula!

Let’s start with that this was a last minute booking as there was no other 7 point or above guest rated accommodation available in Nadi and this is in comparison to many other hotel/resorts that I have stayed-in in the past. Location - It is literally in the middle of no where by Fiji standards. In the middle of Nadi and Lautoka town so take a pick on which direction you want to travel about 25min by car. Hard to find taxi’s as there isn’t a dedicated taxi stand. You will have to call one in for yourself. Resort - Don’t expect a typical big Hotel/Resort style reception. The reception area is a small office at the back of a home opposite the restaurant, like a home office. Room - Room was decent size, clean at a quick glance but not clean enough if want to be critical for the amount you pay for the room. Dusty bits in corners, some places in the shower and toilet area had black spots (didn’t want to find out what it was) especially on the walls, shower track was dirty and tiled floors and walls just needs a good clean. The room was adjoining style with a door separating the two rooms and that was just not enough to keep the conversation next door out of my room. Can’t say the walls were thin as it’s all concrete. The King size bed was of a better quality. I found it weird that it had a flat sheet on top and the doona was initially just thrown in the cupboard. Usually it is fitted with the flat sheet. We used the doona the first day and then there after it was neatly folded away in the cupboard. Didn’t want to find out if the doona covers were changed or not. If you are looking for a place with sandy beach and to swim in the ocean then this may not be it. There is a small beach area (if you can call it that) between mangrove and rocks. You will get a tan but that’s about it. The deal came with breakfast but 1 day of breaky was enough. The selection was minimal and very basic and honestly not worth getting up for. It’s a different case if you don’t have wheels to explore other places. Wifi is not reliable at all and is as slow as it can be. Basic functions are ok in but wanting to stream movies, then forget it. And you will be lucky to get a ok connection in parts of the room. I just believe that tourism in Fiji has just boomed and due to high turnover, there is not enough time to get a thorough clean and maintain in the turn time. This may not be true for main stream or bigger hotel chains where more staff are employed a standard is to be maintained but certainly for the smaller hotel/resorts, it certainly seems to be the case. My verdict - Would I book again if I had a choice, then NO. Would I book again if I had to, then yes as it’s decent but still not worth the prices I have seen online for the establishment. Kudos to staff for going out of their way to make things happen to the best of their ability.

Das Resort war in einer schönen Lage, ist aber ein wenig müde, nach verständlich nach dem tiefen. Auch nach einigen E-Mails, die ein Doppelbett in der Nähe des Strandes beantragten, hatten sie nicht für uns eins gepflanzt, hatten sie uns in einem Bure auf den Hügel gelegt. Ich habe Tentinitis in den Knien, so dass es nie funktioniert. Äh, am Ende haben sie meinen Mann und ich in eine Höhle mit zwei Betten näher an den Strand - nicht ganz romantisch! Das Essen war wirklich teuer, aber das Essen war reichlich, leider war das Restaurant auf dem Hügel, so dass es eine schmerzhafte Anstrengung für mich für jedes Essen war. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Resorts, die wir in diesem Resort verblieben, erforderten wir eine tägliche Kraftstoffzuschlag und mussten auch eine Miete für Feinen zahlen. Sie setzten keine Manta-Strahlenreisen an den 2 Tagen, die wir dort verblieben, obwohl es Manta-Strahlen im Kanal beide dieser Tage gab. Unimpressed. Glücklicherweise hatten wir auch Nachten im Barefoot Manta Ray Resort gebucht, so endete es mit den Mantas, die unser einziger Grund war, zu schwimmen. Um fairen Menschen zu sein, die bei MRIR bleiben, sagten, sie wurden früher in der Woche auf Manta-Reisen genommen, so dass ich keine Ahnung warum sie uns gesagt haben, dass es keine Mantas in den 2 Tagen, die wir dort waren - Barefoot Manta Resort sagte, dass in einem der Tage Es war in der Tat 7. Dieses Resort ist viel mehr von einem Backpacker Resort, obwohl die hohen Kosten des Mahlzeitplans würde den meisten Backpackers einen zweiten Gedanken geben.

Das Tanoa Raki Raki Hotel ist sehr sauber und komfortabel mit schönen klimatisierten Zimmern und einem sehr einladenden Pool, um kühl zu bleiben. Zum Ankunft wurde uns von der schönen Nina begrüßt, die super freundlich war und uns innerhalb von Minuten angemeldet hatte. Leider hatte unser Zimmer ein wenig funky von den Abwässern geräuchert (ich vermute, das Zimmer wäre nicht für eine Weile in Betrieb, weil die Pandemie) bei der Meldung an Nina, sie war sehr entschuldigt und hatte uns direkt in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt. Mein einziger Vorschlag für die Zimmer wäre, einige weitere Kuchen hinzuzufügen, wir wurden nur 1 Kuchen jedes, aber etwas, das leicht zu beheben ist. Das Essen ist geschmackvoll und sehr erschwinglich Ich empfehle die Pizza, es ist raffiniert! Dieses Hotel ist ein toller Halt, wenn Sie zwischen Nadi nach Suva reisen oder perfekt für jemanden, der einen längeren Aufenthalt in absolutem Frieden und Ruhe wünscht! Danke für uns!
