Es ist ziemlich zentral gelegen und es gibt eine Bar direkt unten unter dem Aufenthalt. Zimmer hat Bad, und sieht sehr groß aus. Allerdings ist das Gesamthotel ziemlich alt. 1. Parkplatz hat viele Kleider, muss super sorgfältig fahren, um sie zu vermeiden. Parkplatz ist nicht ideal gelegen, wir müssen außerhalb des Hotels am Türsteg Entladen und Parken am Parkplatz parken. 2. Keine Aufzug, so müssen wir die Treppen mit unseren schweren Gepäck aufsteigen 3. Das Aircon ist auch üblich alt, gibt Schall in der Mitte der Nacht.

Services were good in general. The indoor heated pool and gym were handy. In-room air conditioning was efficient and cool, which was much helpful on a 40 degree day. However room cleaness wasn't totally satisfied. The glass shelf for tumblers, cups and mugs was covered with dusts. The tumblers, cups and mugs were dusty and some with coffee stains. We had to wash them before using. Confirmed booking details says check-out time 10-11am, but reception advised there would be a $40 fee if we check out after 10:30am. A little harsh and unjustified for such charge.

Unser Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, aber alle Restaurants waren zum Abendessen geschlossen und wollten uns auch 25 Dollar pro Zimmer für eine halbe Stunde späteres Auschecken in Rechnung stellen, es gab kein Personal, das unser Gepäck auf die Zimmer brachte, obwohl das Personal freundlich war, aber es gab nichts dafür High Tea auch, wir hatten über den High Tea gelesen und freuten uns darauf, wurden aber enttäuscht.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Resort. Das Innenraum ist sehr sauber und groß. Bett ist komfortabel und Toilette ist gut mit Jacuzzi. Sie werden Kangaroos und Cockatoos am Morgen und am Abend außerhalb der Wohnung sehen. Meine Kinder genießen den Aufenthalt sehr. Jedoch müssen Sie entweder Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten kochen oder fahren zum Essen. Die Fahrt ist etwa 15 Minuten.

Das Studio war absolut schön und die Aussichten waren erstaunlich. Der frische Brot und der gut gelagerte Kühlschrank waren so ein bedenkliches Touch. Der Ort war super gemütlich und komfortabel.

The location is great, within the vineyard and surrounded by wonderful scenery. very spacious and activities for children and family. peaceful and quiet as well. very helpful host. Will definitely come again.

Araluen war komfortabel, sauber und willkommen. Die Toiletten sind luxuriös und die Heizung im Winter großartig. Das komplimentäre kontinentale Frühstück wird geschätzt. Der Duschewasserdruck ist im Grunde nicht vorhanden und macht es schwierig zu duschen. Die Lage ist entfernt und erfordert ein Fahrzeug. Insgesamt genossen wir unserem Aufenthalt!

The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Had dinner at Bella on Saturday night, which was a real treat. It was a set menu, which meant we tried different meals than we would normally. All were great. The buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and the cinnamon donuts were scrumptious. All in all, a fantastic weekend

Location: Can be tricky to find the first time as you need to turn onto Cyril Street. Look across the road for the white building with red writing. Check-in: easy and fast. The man on reception is friendly and organised, just a lovely receptionist. There is a bond of $200; be organised and you’ll save your time and the receptionist’s time. You can pay the bond in cash. Parking: great, BUT there are some permanents living there and so you might want to park away from them… you will see immediately where you should not park :) clean parking area. Seemed organised. Room: very clean, comfortable. There are no knives, forks or plates, but there is a kettle and a microwave. Teas coffees, etc. six milk pods, so maybe bring milk if you need more. Really make sure that you close the door properly or it will seem shut, but not actually be shut and will open :) Good curtains in the room that block out the light from outside. I noticed a fair amount of security cameras outside on the walkway, which was reassuring. Fantastic showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed is firm, but I liked it. Would or wouldn’t stay again? Unfortunately, no, not while they are acting as ‘crisis accommodation’. The staff and room were great, but there are some undesirables living there who kept us awake all night. Not exaggerating when I say, did not sleep AT ALL. We were up and down to check on the car - the permanents were screaming, fighting - some real Jerry Springer stuff. I was upstairs and the people next to me had a dog that barked all night, in addition to the couple screaming at each other :/ Downstairs, fighting, screaming constantly. it sounded like something got broken downstairs. A guy on a motorbike kept coming and going, visiting the permanents downstairs and talking super loudly, then more yelling and fighting after he tore off on his bike. I didn’t feel safe; I expected the car to get damaged. I realise those people’s behaviour is not the motel’s fault, but I was so tired the next day that I got a migraine and yeah, still fending it off now, day after. Not impressed with those feral permanents. It’s a shame because the staff and rooms are great
