Las Casitas strives to make as little impact as possible on its local environment and is largely self-sufficient with a small private ranch and three greenhouses - equipped with its own modern solar energy system. The 600 square meter Spa Samay features a small greenhouse - one double treatment room - two single treatment rooms and one deluxe couples treatment suite with indoor soaking tub. Facilities also include a meeting room - library - steam room - sauna and outdoor swimming pool heated year-round.

Dotted throughout the property are 20 private and spacious casitas offering supreme luxury. Each casita features a luxurious bedroom - spacious lounge and large bathroom all complemented by a private terrace and heated plunge pool. All casitas were created using natural materials with brick walls and Laja tiles. Casitas offer a minimum of 120 square meters of space - 80 meters of this is indoor space. Each casita has a foyer that leads to the bedroom and lounge area. In the seating area - a comfortable sofa faces a working open fireplace. Luxurious bathrooms are appointed with both indoor and outdoor showers. Floors are laid with marble and each bathroom also features a bathtub located under a glass roof - allowing guests to lie back and gaze up at the stars in the night sky. This was our best hotel experience anywhere! The General Manager Americo truly made the experience a trip of a lifetime. He and his entire staff was so welcoming!!! We learned how to make Pisco Sours. Our main server was Jeffrey, and we couldn't believe he was only there a short time. We felt like we were family with all of the staff. They were so polite and so welcoming! Elmer was really great on the horseback riding experience!! If you go to Peru you should definitely add this place on your list! The property is in the middle of two canyons and the landscape is breathtaking!! Thanks again for the amazing experience!!!!

After an exciting road trip through the Colca Cabyon, we were looking forward to a pool, comfort and relaxation. We found all of this here, courteous staff, fantastic accommodation and genuine hospitality. The spa treatment was excellent and the fireplace in the room created a cosy atmosphere in the evening. The hot spring pool and the view of the beautiful landscape were the icing on the cake.

A place to return. Excellent service, fantastic view. A perfect place to rest and a wonderful one to join several activities. The Casitas are comfortable, well decorated, with warm exterior bath, The personnel are very attentive and helpful contributing to an overall very enjoyable experience.

Superb facilities with best food and services. The concierge organized everything for us and it was excellent. We were picked up and delivered back in Arequipa and everything in between was outstanding with excellent driver and guide.

This is a fantastic property in a beautiful part of the Colca Valley in Perú. Yes, it is pricey, but worth every penny. We stayed only for one night but were able to enjoy the facilities and the extraordinary service. We got Casita 23 which had a beautiful and private view. Each casita has a hot plunge pool on the terrace and it was just bliss to be there at sunrise, sunset and night. We attended a Ceviche Class the evening we were there and the chef, Juan Carlos, was amazing explaining the process and making a delicious trout ceviche. The duty manager, Maria , was super friendly and attentive as were all the staff. As in a property of this quality (and price) the details are what make the difference, from the plushest towels, bathmats and bathrobes to the turn down service where they fold your clothes and leave a hot water bottle in the bed, to the thoughtful herbal tea service brought to the room without even asking. The casitas are huge and beautiful and I wish we would have stayed longer. The food is also amazing at dinner and breakfast and the team there is superb. It's definitely worth the trek and it's an experience you would like to have again. Well done Belmond and Las Casitas team.

What a lovely location to spend time in while exploring the Colca Canyon. Each room is its own little house (Casita) and is large, well maintained and comes with its own hot tub. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is perfection. The only problem was how little time we spent there because we were out visiting the canyon much of the time. The staff is very friendly and there are thoughtful extras like a warm water bottle sheep they bring you with turn down service. I hope to return some day!

Imagine being in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Surrounded by some of the most incredible human beings (staff) making every desire happen. Las Casitas in Colca is what I imagine paradise must look like. It is impossible to not enjoy every moment there. I hope to be ever so lucky to come back again.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Ideal for exploring the Colca Canyon. Americo and Martha looked after us very well and nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful setting and very quiet.

Wonderful wonderful place. Beautiful landscapes with lamas, alpaca and horses. Amazing breakfast at Colca canyon. The service is so good even for Belmond chain. People are very helpful and super professional. We would definitely come back!
