Tianshe Music Theme Guesthouse

That was the worst ever experience, especially for the price almost 500 yuan per night. The hotel states it was renovated a couple of years ago which is totally untrue: the furniture is old and chipped, the cheapest bedding, the cloths hangers made of wire (the one you get for free when doing laundry) But the main concern is that the room was in such a mess, dirty floor, spiderwebs here and there, the tap .. The hotel charged 3times their regular price due to CNY and did not even clean the rooms … after we asked they did, but the next day we took a shower and the water filled half of our room … and even the balcony, can you imagine how much blocked the drain. Disgusting! Another issue is the staff behavior, absolutely passive and unhelpful, but at times really awkward and customer unfriendly. One day the lady came up to us saying they would like to move us to another room, when I got the things ready she informed “oh it’s not you, your friends should move” !!! The morning we were about to check out she banged on the door then showed her phone which a Chinese message that we need to check out before 12, this is not to mention she dared to make multiple calls early in the morning to my friend to ask her to move to another room …

前台小姐姐要辦理入住很專業很熱情很周到，酒店的衞生也很乾凈，很整潔，設施設備很齊全，環境優美，很推薦入住哦～

房間裏面的味道很大，也不是很乾凈，熱水開半天才熱，網也沒有，老闆説是在外面的網線吹斷了，總體感覺不太好。
