After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!

Was für einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt! Schönes sauberes und modernes Hotel. Ich kann für einen Aufenthalt am lange Wochenende. Erstmals in Myanmar und ich erhielt eine Top-Klasse-Willkommen. Personal war so freundlich, ich habe keine Worte, um es zu beschreiben, aber ich möchte Ihnen einen großen Dank sagen!!! Danke Leroy und Bun für einen reibungslosen Ein- und Auscheck plus ein fantastisches Zimmer!!

I recently stayed at the Melia hotel for one day and had a pleasant experience. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Although my stay was short, I was able to take advantage of the on-site dining options, and the food was delicious. Overall, my brief stay at the Melia hotel left me with a positive impression, and I would consider returning in the future for a longer stay.

HOTEL BALMI, Nachdem ich mit 4 meiner Familie in der HOTEL BALMI für 20 Tage verbleibt, wird meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel nicht in meinen Lebenszeitgedenken verschwinden. Die Zimmer sind riesig, hohe Sicherheit für die Familie, sauber, hochtechnisches Lichtschalter, erstaunliche Temperaturkontrolle (auch Wasser für Dusche), sehr bequem zu China Town und mit fantastischen Haushalter. Meine Lieblingsaktivität war, ein Getränk und leckere Lebensmittel zu haben und die erstaunliche Sonneneinstellung von der Flusssicht von Dach Top Restaurant, das sich zerstört. Auf dem Dach-Top Restaurant, Gegensatz zum Flussblick, kann ich sogar den Shwe Dagon Pagoda (das größte Markenzeichen von Myanmar), WAHREN GÜTZT EINEN SITZ. Alle Mitarbeiter sind gut ausgebildet und sind sehr freundlich und bereit, den Gästen jederzeit auch um 2:00 Uhr ihre entsprechenden Dienstleistungen zu erbringen. Mein Lieblingspersonal ist Patrick (F&B-Aufsichtsrat) Shine Ko Ko (F&B-Kapitän) Zin Ko Khant (F&B-Dienst) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung (Operationsmanager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Nachtsicherheit) Dann, Ich feierte meine 43. Geburtstagsfeier im HOTEL BALMI Dach Top Restaurant. Alle Dekorationen, Live-Musik, Lebensmittel & Getränke, die von Restaurantmanager Patrick & Team verwaltet werden. Meine Geburtstagsfeier war meine beste Party, die ich je hatte. Alle meine Familie genossen unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, in HOTEL BALMI zu bleiben, egal warum in Yangon, Myanmar.

Location of the property is opposite to Myanmar Plaza shopping mall. It would be great if the size gate of the property could open for guests to walk a shorter distance to the mall. Service staffs were very friendly, especially Lenna who was very efficient during the check-out process and responded professionally to queries. Breakfast at D’Cusine was average needs improvement. There is also a Japanese Restaurant and a Korean restaurant for dining within the property. Swimming pool is excellent especially for family with kids. Club at basement played good music. Take note of age group and dress code requirements. Overall highly satisfied with the stay at this property.

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

Dieses Hotel schien neu zu sein. Wir blieben in einer Junior Suite. Alles war sauber, die blauen Velvet-Schlaflöcher im Zimmer sahen aus, als hätte niemand auf ihnen zuvor sitzen gelassen. Sehr gutsy des Designers, diese Farbe/Materialkombination für Schlafzimmer in einem Hotelzimmer zu wählen. Ich fürchte, es wird einen schmutzigen Gast nehmen und sie werden nicht mehr als neu aussehen :-P Jedenfalls, ich genossen die Eleganz des Platzes durch und durch.. und für diesen Preis! Du wirst nicht woanders in der Welt finden. Ich würde sagen, dass dies die Qualität von vier Saisons ist, für die ich gewöhnt bin, 3-4 Mal mehr zu zahlen. Die Klimaanlage ist superb. Es hält die Temperatur und Luftkreislauf genau wie Sie es ohne den Lärm wollen. In zu vielen Hotelzimmern schläft die AC auf Ihrem Gesicht, wenn Sie schlafen, nicht diese. Sie sehen es nicht oder hören es, aber es ist kalt und effektiv, was genau so ist, wie Sie es wollen. Der Duschedruck ist gut, und die Temperatur ist leicht zu navigieren. Ich bevorzuge die Handtücher, die auf einem bestimmten Niveau auf der Wand gestellt werden kann, finde ich Regenschlauch zu verschwenderisch, dennoch ist es dort. Die Toiletten sind reichlich und bequem in Pumpenbehältern kommen. Es gibt Shampoo, Klimaanlage, Dusche Gel, Körperlotion und eine Seife Bar. Die Zimmerslips sind komfortabel und gepflückt, die Badewanne sind leichtes Baumwollgewebe. Trinkwasser ist ergänzend und ist in vier 500ml Glasflaschen, täglich gefüllt. Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum direkt am Spa, aber es hat alle wesentlichen: 2 Laufbahnbike, ein stationäres Fahrrad, ein elliptisches Trainer, ein Match und ein Dumbbell-Set, beginnend bei 2kg bis 20kg. Ich war der einzige dort alle drei Mal, dass ich es verwendet. Der Frühstücksteil ist auf der kleineren Größe. Wenn Sie die Eier Benedict bestellen, kommt es mit 2 kleinen Eiern auf weißem Toast, und kleine Stücke von geräucherten Lachs. Die Seiten umfassen einen Schachtel von Fruchtsalat, Yoghurt und einen Brotkorb. Der Cappuccino ist wirklich gut. Wenn Sie einen Grund haben, Yangon zu besuchen, ist das ein Muss-Stay.

I am business women and travelling most in Asian country I always look for Accor hotel , and Mercure Myanmar is my favorite hotel , because the design , the environment, excellent service all staff very friendly and helpful, the room so clean and have all you need big refrigeration with freezer component . I always get to hotel late this time the refig not so cool I ask staff at night time k they comes to check and they change right away at 10 pm , unlike other try to fix or ask for tomorrow ＜ I am really impress their service the break fast is so good quality and many Chinses , Myanmar , Europe Japan , fresh juice and also have infusion water , I am really enjoy stay in Mercure Myanmar

Lousy experience ever. No parking assist to assist your car. Very terrible housekeeping. Like a maid at home. No hotel life experience (hk). Dirty and never clean for all 3 days. Forget to throw away the old food in the oven , rotten smell come out. 078 room 100,000 kyats room was quiet old. Air con was very noisy the sleeping room. Banging pulling chairs jumping on 8 th floor. I complained to receptionist no one care. Electricity run out at 9/8/2023 mornings they didn’t run the generator for like 45 mins. Terrible terrible experience. Not recommended especially for foreigners , family and staycation. Only recommended for group and lousy groups. Sorry for HONEST RECIEW !
