The resort is super clean. Staff are very friendly. The view is stunning with fresh weather. The best stayed ever. Sure will come back.

ammenities ok facilities ok food a.bit spicy . room.ok just cleanliness is below par. please look up properly especially around the balcony and shower.

The room is poorly maintained. Got spider web on top of ceiling with smelly bathroom. If you’re travelling with parents/old age family members avoid booking executive room along the hill. I did not do proper research if the room is easily accessible for old people or not so its my fault. So please do not do same mistake as me. But i did ask the staff if we can use the buggy service at least to send my father to breakfast area however they did not entertain that request 🙂↕️ Otherwise the outside area is well maintained maybe bcoz its open to public. Breakfast is okay for the area and price. Overall can come but dont expect too much of the room

Chill chill place, just room got wooden smell

the resort was well maintained with nice &huge different colors of hydrangea. the room was clean with nice smell, the service desk staffs was friendly, I was able to checkin 2 hours early. the bfast was serve in buffet style with many choices to choose, during the lunch and dinner they can order Ala cart vegetarian dishes. there a another 2 Cafe selling coffee and bakery snacks.

The weather is refreshing, though it can still feel hot under the afternoon sun. There’s usually a light breeze, and the night time is fantastic with cool wind. The view is great and the whole place feels relaxing, with well-maintained greenery. Activities are decent—there’s a playground for kids (RM20 for kids, RM10 for adults), a dinosaur park, and a glass floor viewing deck (RM5 per person). There are also other activities like archery and paintball, although we didn’t try them. The room is a bit outdated and in need for a renovation. There was some smell in the toilet, but overall still acceptable if you’re not too picky. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view is definitely a highlight. Breakfast was quite limited and average in taste—not really comparable to other 4-star hotels, but still okay. In short, not a luxury 5-star resort, but more like a hidden gem for a short weekend escape—especially nice for families to come up, enjoy the weather and the view, definitely worth a try if you never been to Jerai Hill before!

I went with my mother, my husband, and our children — and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of this place. The atmosphere throughout the day — morning, evening, and night — was incredibly refreshing. With a cool temperature of around 24°C, it truly felt like we were on holiday abroad! 🍽 The food was another highlight of our stay. Dinner was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Breakfast was just as delightful — the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and both the pasta and macaroni were full of flavour. We really looked forward to every meal! 🏡 Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was strong — making showers a real pleasure. 🌟 Activities and surroundings added to the magic. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, and my children had so much fun splashing around in the pool provided. One of the highlights was the strawberry farm, which was so close that we could see it right from our room window. 💖 Overall, our stay at The Jerai Hill felt peaceful, refreshing, and filled with joy. It was a perfect escape for our family, and we can’t wait to return!

Very nice stay. Cool weather. Lots of mists in the morning. There are 2 cafes with reasonable prices for a good relaxation chat in the afternoon.

In love with this hotel.. Stayed in Executive Room, clean, spacious room n very comfortable beds.. The staff are helpful n friendly.. Buffet breakfast was good n delicious.. Definitely will come here again..

Room is perfect, but restaurant food no fresh at all

Such a nice view and room . But my room doesnt have view. Only chill at around resort . But i get bad service from reception regarding asking about activites . Hope can improve that. Hope can upgrade more about cleanliness.
