在中心街附近離夜市很近去萬達也近。新開業的酒店，環境不錯，攜程訂的票，服務員説衹能給四樓小窗户房子，後來經過跟另外一位領導申請給了一個6樓，沒能實現住12樓，一樣的房間服務員説樓層高費用高，所以不給12樓。人家規定也沒辦法給調了6樓也知足了。設施基本該有的都有雖然很新，但有些新裝修的味道開了一晚窗户睡得。沒有語音控制，建議把洗手肥皂換成洗手液。衞生間衞生打掃的不乾淨，但因為領導給調樓層了也沒好意思提。

酒店位置方便，設備新，房間冷氣足，浴室水力強，本人在寶塔區內衆多酒店中選擇萬澳，主要看到酒店有自助洗衣房；我訂了兩間景觀大床房住了一個星期，前台送了我們七天的早餐，早餐種類豐富，一個星期皆提供不同類別的蔬菜；唯洗衣服設施與酒店所提供的相片不同，實際只有兩部洗衣機及兩部烘乾機，烘乾機太差，多日內試過各種不同功能，基本上皆無法將衣服烘乾，最後只有問前台取衣架，將衣服掛在房內自然乾；建議酒店更換烘乾機，避免旅客大失預算。
