這次入住體驗真的超級棒！特意來給新裝修的雙床標間點個大大的贊！首先，“新”字是核心亮點，一打開房門就讓人眼前一亮，雖然是標間，但空間利用得很好，完全不顯擁擠。行李有地方放，走動也很方便。兩張單人床都寬敞舒適，床墊軟硬適中，支撐性很好，躺上去就不想起來，床品是嶄新的，乾淨柔軟。作為新裝修的房間，乾淨整潔是最基本也是最重要的，無論是地板、桌面、衞浴還是床鋪，都打掃得一塵不染，光潔如新，讓人住得非常放心。吹風機也非常好用。能以這樣的價格住到如此全新、舒適、乾淨的雙床標間，真的覺得物超所值！這次入住的雙床標間，從硬件到體驗都遠超預期，從酒店的入住體驗感受到了老區人民的質樸！

酒店位置方便，設備新，房間冷氣足，浴室水力強，本人在寶塔區內衆多酒店中選擇萬澳，主要看到酒店有自助洗衣房；我訂了兩間景觀大床房住了一個星期，前台送了我們七天的早餐，早餐種類豐富，一個星期皆提供不同類別的蔬菜；唯洗衣服設施與酒店所提供的相片不同，實際只有兩部洗衣機及兩部烘乾機，烘乾機太差，多日內試過各種不同功能，基本上皆無法將衣服烘乾，最後只有問前台取衣架，將衣服掛在房內自然乾；建議酒店更換烘乾機，避免旅客大失預算。
