Authentic Onsen Experience at Biyunoyado Our family had a wonderful stay at Biyunoyado, a great choice for experiencing an authentic Japanese onsen. The service was excellent, and the hotel even offers a shuttle bus to the Snow Monkey Park and station (though we didn’t use it since we drove). The staff were very friendly and spoke both Chinese and English, making communication easy. The onsen was a highlight, providing a relaxing and traditional experience. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, with limited space for luggage. Overall, Biyunoyado is a fantastic place for those looking to experience Japanese hospitality, great service, and a soothing onsen.

The onsen was comfortable, especially the outdoor onsen, which was magical during the snow. The tatami bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shuttle bus service to the train station was helpful, particularly on snowy days. Overall, it was a delightful stay!

Our family made a special trip from Tokyo to Nagano, and besides exploring the surrounding attractions, watching the snow monkeys soaking in the hot springs of Nozawa, and visiting the Togakushi Shrine, the highlight of this trip was staying at Issa no Komichi Biyu no Yado. Initially, we had modest expectations, thinking of it as just another experience. However, upon arriving in the snowy Yudanaka Shibu Onsen, we were immediately impressed by the warm and professional hospitality. From the thoughtful reception to the exquisite dinner and the unique public onsen, every aspect exceeded our expectations and left us pleasantly surprised. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an unforgettable journey into the heart of Japanese onsen culture. If you’re planning a trip to Nagano, this is definitely a place worth visiting to experience the perfect blend of hot springs and nature!

是個很小的的一個鎮，很安靜。有中文工作人員，很熱情，有啥需要幫助的都可以找他們，附近有個野猿公園，可以去看看小猴子泡温泉，旅館提供接送，有班車時刻表。

酒店環境很好，設施服務也都很到位，除了公湯，酒店頂樓私湯也去感受了一下，40分鐘2000日元值得一試₍ᐢ•ﻌ•ᐢ₎*･ﾟ｡

Очень Старый и Вонючий Отель . Здание очень старое. Приятный запах только на Ресепшн. Поднявшись на свой этаж, запах просто жуткий, старья. Номер огромный, но никакой, не удобный. Туалетная комната старая, ванная с душем кошмар. Мебель у окна такая старая, что на мусорной куче можно найти лучше. Открыли шкаф, там так воняет, что хотелось бежать из этого места не оглядываясь и за это цена начинается от 200$ США и до бесконечности. Вы вообще серьезно можете такое предлагать людям. С вечера хотели забронировать завтрак, отказали, сказав, что мест нет. Пришли утром , сидели завтракали два человека, нам двоим не нашлось места. Что за прикол. + отвезли в парк обезьян и потом на станцию-Спасибо. Вывод: Даже находясь в состоянии под общим наркозом не стоит здесь останавливаться. Ломать здание под основание и строить новое!

お風呂が最高でした。 食事も満足できる味とボリューム。 駅から徒歩で7分程度で、十分に徒歩圏内です。 また泊まりに行きたいと思います。

酒店大堂和房間景觀好，但私湯環境一般，收2000日元，沒什麼性價比
