We travel big family and usually reserve 2 rooms. We had no problems at check-in , staff is friendly (they speak Chinese which is easier because we are from Taiwan). You need to be careful about opening your room windows as there are plenty of insects there so kindly use window net but if to stick your head out for a short time you can see Fujiyama. Hotel offers convenient parking in front of main buiding and absolutely perfect location just by Lake Yamanaka walking path. Public onsen (1st floor of hotel) is also good for relaxation (especially after Yamanakako Road Race half marathon which we took part in during our stay). Family Mart convenience store is 20metse from hotel so no worries about snacks and coffees.Hotel also got plenty of souvenirs so feel free to grap one for memory.

The front desk was very friendly and upgraded us to a room with four beds. The stay was wonderful. We wish we booked one more day. The location is perfect as you can walk to the hotel from bus stop in 5 minutes. You can feed swans within 2 min walk, rent bike right in front of the street. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great too. But you better watch out for tourists buses schedule and avoid go dinning with them (huge groups, try beat them by go earlier) as the food may run out. They might have several rooms at the west end of the building that can directly see Mt. Fuji. But you can also check out the end of ales or the staircases at the west end.

The hotel room is spacious, amenities provided such as toothbrush, comb, cotton pads and cotton buds. They also provide greentea powder and oolong tea bag. This hotel also has a hotspring. Parking is free just opposite the hotel. 1 minute walking distance to Family mart. The view is great as we can see the Lake Yamanaka just right in front of the hotel and Mt Fuji is really pretty from this location. Will return to stay in this hotel again.

Mount Fuji view is at side window. Lake Yamanakako is in-front of window. Lake is just cross the road. Open air Onsen is wading point. Few step walk to Family market. Walking distance to Bus stop with routing to Kawaguchiko Bus Terminal Express Bus to Mishima

Nice location .See Fujisan from bedroom . Onsen also good , hot , full facilities but too much steam in Onsen room. Friendly staff at the reception but one of a staff in breakfast zone not quite nice.

Nice and comfy town of lake yamanaka, the hotel is near two bus stops that's going to Mishima and gotemba station.

Quite nice hotel. Quite convenient. Although it looks old, it still clean enough

Room is very spacious. I love the fact that they are very thoughful of my requests for the rooms. We had nice walks every morning around the Lake. Very strategically located near Family mart, a cafe n near location for cycles. We did not take breakfast but there plenty of options.. Lovely sunrise view from my room located at 3rd floor! Love it!

Very nice hotel with full Mt. Fuji Viewing from room. Price is affordable and location is good with a few nice restaurant around. Family mart is just withing Hotel which make it so convenience to buy food! Love the onsen too with outdoor / indoor style!

Great location for a Fuji view + nearby cafe The Park was a phenomenal experience. Definitely enjoyed the next door combini aswell. However do not like the group requirement to eat at the restaurant and lack of microwave in the rooms. Still highly recommend.
