We stayed 12 days at the Yalta Intourist and payed over 500'000 rubels for the stay (7000 USD for 4 poeple)! This is insane. We were told that the hotel is completey full, so despite it's sub zero customer service, people are willing to pay and visit a hotel laying in between ruins of not finished hotel debiris and swimming in salt pools with buring eyes! We stadyed already in 2020 and thought to give it another try, unfortunately it was not worth it. This hotel does not care about their gutest and service is as bad as it was last year. Before Covid, we went to turkish hotels for many years, and I can confirm that there are much better turkish ALL INCLUVSIVE hotels than Yalta Intourist for less money. Turkey has a long history of outstanding customer service, which is unkown here. Due to lack of competition in Russia, Yalta Intourist is very expensive for what it has to offer and everything not basic is "at additional cost". Guests geht the feeling, get as much money for as little service as poissible is the main aspiarition of Yalta Intourist. It certainly isn't custimer satisfaction. As many guests complain since years, the main hassles that have not been changed for years when you read other comments about this hotel: - very small rooms and I mean VERY SMALL, that you cannot breath and there's not even a microvave in the room and free water bottels only on arrival. - Cleaning is a disaster : three times they did not clean at all and when it was cleaned, it was at maximum satisfactury. - no space in the restaurants. We were VIP, but you get nof VIP feeling at all. A few tables were always recerved for (super VIPs?), the pigeons are a real disturbens and unhigienic, people get some food, in the meanwhile the pigeons pick on your fruit or pour your tea/coffee all over the table, but nothing is done about it. Is is wiedly known that birds cary many sicknesses and can make you really sick, when you eat the virus infested food without knowing, but noone here cares. The tables are not cleaned fast, not enough personel, you will have to wait 15 minutes ore more. - the beach is a real desaster. There is no sand beach but it rater looks like you lie below a highway britch in a gib city - a really bombed out ugly zone wiht no umbrellas. - the lifts are always overcroweded and you have to wait very long to get from one floor to another - it's horrible. - this is no inclusive hotel, everything you want, costs extra - the food in the canteen is always the same, no variations at all. Despite all the negative, they also invested in some new areas: - there is a very nice terrace with sea view on the way to the sea. - the zoo has been enlarged and is intreseting for children - children annimation has gooten better, but the indoor play room is as small as is was Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel at all with so many shortcommings for such a high price. не рекомендуется
