I felt good about the location of the hotel. We showed up on a cold winter night, we got a room on the 2nd floor and IT WAS TOASTY in our room. I liked it for a little bit, but later on, we couldn´t regulate the temperature well. It was either Freezer or Sauna. The furnishings and toiletries were standard. Our bed was too firm for our liking. I noticed a lot of reviews about the beds being comfortable, so those folks must like a firm bed. I do not. The breakfast had lots of good options and I like that there is a Coffee Stand (separate) in the parking lot.

Sweet little Motel. Very clean and well kept.
All you need for a short stay.
Friendly staff and good breakfast options.
Coffe could have been better, but there is a coffehut next door.
Lots of dinner options nearby, mostly mexican.

I stayed at his property two weeks ago and the staff was so friendly and nice I was looking forward to my current trip. This visit, the front desk woman was rude and seemed it would break her face to make a smile or engage in any sort of a kind or professional conversation. I don't even want to stay my additional evening if my second night mimics my first, this trip. Additionally, someone near me is throwing items around their room and it's so loud!!

What a great find! The amenities here compare to a four star hotel. Super clean. Extremely comfortable bed, good shower water pressure. Lots of plugs, fridge in the room and an amazing array of breakfast items from which to choose. Definitely not your average roadside hotel! Super friendly staff too!

The roo.s are beautiful! It is newly renovated. The staff will give you wrong info about vancellation.

The place is really clean and modern for a good price. It looked like they renovated the place. If I come back to Yakima for another tournament this is where I am staying.

I love the staff. They made my kiddo cookies. They have wonderful breakfast. And I love the heated pool in the winter. The beds are so comfortable!

Nice property...exactly what I needed for my staying. The room was nice and clean. Mattress was really comfy. Warm cookies at check-in was nice. Heated outdoor pool in November...YES!! Would definitely stay here on future trips.
