The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and right by the lake. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to covid restrictions and the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and room service was fairly easy to order. I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the glass is not one way glass which means if you want to enjoy the view with the curtains up then others can view you too.

春節回孃家走之前打算帶娃就近玩一下，於是選在了徐州開元酒店，這次入住開元森泊真的是一次非常愉快的體驗！從預訂到入住，整個過程都非常順暢，尤其是要特別感謝管家小姐姐的貼心服務，幫我們免費升級了湖景大床房，讓我們享受到了超值的入住體驗！ 清晨醒來，拉開窗簾就能看到湖光山色，心情瞬間愉悦起來。每一位服務人員都會熱情的打招呼，需要什麼物品也會面帶笑容馬上送過來，小姐姐們服務熱情周到，從入住到離店都給予了我們無微不至的照顧，下次還來哈哈哈

Die Einrichtungen sind zwar alt, aber sehr perfekt, die Zimmer sind mäßig groß, die Betten sind komfortabel und sind nicht so gut für das alte Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Leider haben die jungen Menschen keine Schale mehr gekauft. Die Qualität des Nacht-Buffets ist wirklich nicht gut, außer der Muschelschale ist nicht so lecker.

Hello everyone! We fell in love with this hotel! The service was awesome. They made us a free upgrade of our room. We had dinner in a restaurant, and the chef, seeing that our child took only a plate of soup, prepared a separate dish of European cuisine specially for each of us! It was very nice and delicious! And they made a discount for us. Thank the chief and the staff very much! The room was very clean. And there was everything there even the projector and humidifier. The only thing: there was no bottle opener. When we went out of the hotel I realised that I left some stuff in the room. The woman Qing from the front desk helped me. And thank everyone from this hotel: maids, pool workers, shop workers! You are very friendly and hospitable with your guests.

The Longshan Hotel was a great hotel for people wanting to easily access the skiing facilities around the Jiawang area as it was located just a 5 minute taxi ride away from the ski slopes. The hotel itself was really clean with excellent facilities and super friendly staff. Although the swimming pool was closed, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hot spring was available to use at a discounted price for hotel guests and that it was open late till 9:30 so it was the perfect way to relax after a day out skiing or hiking. I would definitely stay here again.

首先，先特別特別表揚一下管家Abby，從還未入住前就開始聯絡，幫我升級房型。由於到店晚，貼心的用保温車把行政酒廊的歡樂時光餐食提前放到房間。即使是以管家服務著稱的瑞吉酒店也沒見過如此貼心的！一定要特別表揚一下。 再來説説其他細節： 1、酒店房間衞生做的特別好，嚴格的五星級酒店標準，房間很大很舒服，大套房270度湖景更是絕佳； 2、早餐內容非常豐富，不愛吃甜食的我都忍不住拿了麪包布丁，真的非常好； 3、獨立的衣帽間，超大的洗手枱盆是我最喜歡的，每次來徐州一定住康得思，就衝著這兩個就秒殺凱悦和萬豪； 4、傢俱很新，裝修風格典雅簡約，床頭皮革質背景牆真的太高級了，超五星的體驗。 總之，徐州凱悦號稱超五星，萬豪號稱湖景最美。但整體體驗下來，我覺得徐州最好的就是康得思👍

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut. Da es freundlich ist, um Tiere zu leben, ist der Hof sehr groß und ist für kleine Hunde geeignet. Rezeption Lily Service ist sehr gut ～ Der Parkplatz ist sehr bequem, die Umgebung in der Nähe ist schön, hier ist es gut zu leben und zu spielen 👍
