Highly recommend room is new and clean, friendly staffs. Breakfast with beautiful view.

Well, to be honest, i have expected more than this. My fisrt step in this hotel was really disappointing. There’s sign saying “No smoking” on the front desk but one of the guy there were smoking right in front of me (I have allergies to smoking smell badly), what the heck!! 😡 The room was small, as we expected but again, my opposite room was a smoking room and the guest just keep smoking without closing their door!!! So the smoking smell run into my room. 😂 The guy who keep communicating to me via “WeChat” was so helpful and tried to arrange everything for me ☺️ The breakfast was good but it was exactly the same during my 2 nights stay. However, on the second day i have to leave early, the manager said i can have a packing box but when i was in the dining room, one of the lady staff just give me 2 plastic bags!!!! What the heck again!!! Well, eventually there’s one guy who can speak both my language and Chinese came to help, so that lady staff just gave me one plastic box but i said i need two boxes, one for me and another one for my husband, she seemed very upset which i dont really understand why🤣 The towel for my 2 nights stay seem to be the same one🥲 i guess they just fold the used towel nicely and put it at the same place. I’m saying this because both of us noticed that both of our the towel for second night were wet!!!

Our stay was disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and not friendly, which was unwelcoming. The 2-bedded room felt too small, and the breakfast was not good. Staying in the basement level was also unpleasant due to noise from people walking on the floor above, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.”

Location is a little far from Main Street, small room, friendly staffs.

在雪鄉中這家酒店風格還算比較現代的，乾淨整潔，不錯。而且酒店會幫忙來回運送行李。酒店還免費提供花棉襖，潑水成冰的工具，玩雪工具，滑雪板等超級方便！早餐也是現炒的菜靠窗風景很不錯，一樓大堂小零食推薦那個火腿腸跟鱈魚腸5塊一大根！整體推薦入住！

중국 동북식 온돌이 있는 객실을 이용하는 거 만족해서 좋았어요. 잠을 잘 때 온돌 난방이 잘 되어서 잘 잤는데 객실도 욕실도 좀 좁아서 불편하였지만 그렇게 만족했어요
