這家温泉酒店離古城北1門很近，位置很好找，離古城網紅小吃很近，地理位置很好；衞生方面很滿意，酒店無論內部環境還是外部環境都很好，幽靜，雅觀，也很適合拍照打卡； 酒店設施完備，衞生用品的質量超出我的預期，非常好；房間內智能化程度高，使用起來簡單方便，温泉也不錯，當天剛下完雨，晚上稍微有點涼，但是温泉的温度剛剛好，不會覺得冷，放鬆了一天的疲憊。 服務員小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，尤其是曹佳欣小姐姐，服務特別周到，無論是説話還是做事都很周到，很舒適，很會為客户着想，很喜歡她；還有一個小男孩，他還教我如何使用温泉池，我忘了問他叫什麼名字了，他也特別有耐心，對於我的問題，都很耐心的解答，沒有一切的不耐煩。 由於行程很緊張，雖然衹住了一晚，但是給我的體驗感很不錯，希望以後有機會再來忻州古城遊玩的時候，我還會選擇這家酒店。
