Ich muss schlecht beurteilen!
Zu Beginn fühlte ich mich gut, die Rezeption-Schwester war sehr bescheiden und sehr begeistert, erhielt das Zimmer und gab auch Joghurt-Süßigkeiten, aber die wunderbare Erfahrung begann sofort.
Mittlerweile kam der Mitarbeiter mit Fremden zu meiner Tür und sagte, dass er in diesem Zimmer wohnte. (Der Mitarbeiter hat sich nicht geprüft, ob er jemanden mit sich brachte, der die Tür zu betreten. Wer wohnt nicht klar? Natürlich ist es nicht klar, ob es nicht klar ist, ob es nicht klar ist, ob es nicht klar ist oder ob es andere Versuche gibt, es zu schaffen, nicht klar ist)
Als der nächste Tag aus dem Haus kam, kam ein kleiner Bruder, der sich selbst als Dienstleiter behauptete, und die Einstellung war gut. Er schickte ein paar wertlose Partner mit kleinen Speisen, weil es nicht nötig war, das Flugzeug zu befördern. Am Ende war es hart, die Blatt in den Wagen zu setzen. Das Witzeste war, dass es 23 Jahre grüne Blatt war. (Wer ist das grüne Tee?) Wer ist hier, um sich zu entschuldigen oder um Kunden zu entschuldigen?
Insgesamt sind Hardware, Hygiene, Frühstück nicht schlecht, es gibt auch Transportdienste. Aber die Erfahrung ist sehr schlecht.

I had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs. I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station.
I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

Am 10. Juli hatte ich erneut Verspätung durch ein bestimmtes Flugzeug ✈️ und musste zum Einchecken ein Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Zhengzhou finden. Als es mir langweilig war, am Flughafen Huanglong auf ein verspätetes Flugzeug zu warten, suchte ich schnell auf Ctrip.com nach diesem Atour Hotel. Der allgemeine Eindruck ist, dass die Umgebung besser ist als in Chengdu vor zwei Jahren, aber es scheint, dass diese hier eher so ist. Es gibt tatsächlich einen kostenlosen Abholservice, obwohl dies bei mehreren Hotels in der Gegend durchaus üblich zu sein scheint. Aber als ich spät abends eincheckte, wurde das Zimmer aufgewertet, was eine angenehme Überraschung war. Obwohl es in der Nähe keine unvergesslichen Restaurants gibt, ist das Hotel im Allgemeinen nicht schlecht.

MMalalizhiliz先説好的：1位置好找，有明顯標識，地上地下都有免費停車場，對於大包小包的寵物親子出行比較友好。2.服務親切迴應及時，夜班前台小姐姐聲音很好聽，有印象加分。到店就給升級了湖景大床房，也加分，3房間功能設施還算齊全，浴室淋浴區很大，沐浴用品是品牌的，味道很好聞，比較加分，床品也不錯，房間還有空氣凈化器，噪音小不影響休息，4退房迅速，有小零食伴手禮。
這邊説一下不足的：1停車沒有人引導，需要自己邊開邊看有沒有車位，2進門沒有禮賓的人幫忙拿行李，我們東西比較多，有些吃力，3説是寵物友好酒店，只是能帶寵物，卻沒有提供任何寵物的設施設備提供使用，4窗簾會卡主需要手動拉，5毛巾有明顯污漬沒有洗乾淨，6吹風機是很老式那種，建議升級一下，噪音大，容易發燙，7大的桶裝水25塊錢價格不合理，這樣我就選擇多要幾瓶小礦泉水了，也不花錢，，如果大桶水價格合理我直接買了，這樣對酒店來説反而不利於銷售.茶葉價格算是合理的，8元大概3-5克。8應該以前是萬豪酒店，現在改了名字但是很多東西上還是萬豪的logo。

We had to drive back to ask the front desk for an alternative route. If the front desk had informed us in advance, this unnecessary hassle could have been avoided.

PPetereverything was fine and the interior is very nice, the only setback is to climb steep and narrow staircase with heavy luggage, free airport pick-up and drop-off, the owner was very friendly, hotel is situated in area with several eating options, not much noise from the aircraft as they use mainly the other runway for landings

GGastnutzer公司派我到鄭州出差，在附近對比了幾家，最後選擇了這家萬錦酒店。酒店位於雙鶴湖中央公園，環境好空氣好。接待大廳高大上，前台美女服務好還告沒我了乘哪部電梯和房間位置。出電梯看到整個樓層都非常乾淨。酒店定製的房卡帶有房間號，入住客房是兩層的，一樓有獨立衞生間陽光淋浴房，衣櫃和獨立的卧室1.8大床大電視。踏着木製樓梯上到二樓也有一個獨立的衞生間和一間茶室。這比我前段時間住的套房面積還要大布局還合理。我發現酒店用的東西都是帶萬錦酒店字樣定製的。這家店真是專注專業，願老闆生意一天比一天好！

TTarraleahA good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

MMloveZloveXWe had a great experience! The front desk (No. 10, 11, 13) are very friendly and are easy to understand. The airport shuttle drivers (No. 15, 16) are awesome. We took the shuttle multiple times to the airport and the driver arrived on time, dropped us off on time, and he was patient. We have to drop off our grandma at the airport at midnight and back to the hotel after, we really appreciate the shuttle driver working late just to complete our trip.
