Wanjin Hotel (Zhengzhou Airport Area Shuanghe Lake Central Park)

**DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY** **DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY** I have nothing good to say or report about this hotel - In fact, I do not believe it is appropriate to call it a hotel, as it is a disgrace to other hotels! It is so bad that this property should be removed from Trip.com It took some time to find the property (I am deliberately not referring to it as a hotel) as it is poorly signposted. The area around it for some 3km is a ghost town - Businesses are shut, derelict, and there is zero around it aside from 1 shop (very bad) and 2 restaurants (1 was closed) that were empty - The nearest area for anything to eat is 3km away The property is dark, depressing, in poor condition and the pictures on the Trip.com website are not representative of how the property looks - The advertisement and pictures on Trip.com are totally misleading - If you believe you are going to see a property the same as the picture, you are very wrong! The first room I was provided was dirty - The bathroom was disgusting with rubbish and covered in other people's hair - I left this room immediately. The next room was no better, but I had work to do, so I had no more time to complain. in the evening the noise in the corridor outside my room was very loud - It went on until past midnight The bedding on the bed was stale and smelt very dusty, it was horrible The bathroom was smelly and dirty - No bath mat was provided, so the floor was slippery when it got wet. The sink was stained and dirty! Again the noise in the corridor started at 6:30 am next day and woke me - Enough was enough! - I was not going to stay the 2nd booked night as I had no sleep! I contacted Trip.com via chat and advised them of the problems - They advised I would have to raise them with the property. I informed the property I would be leaving for the reasons listed and wanted a refund - The informed me the noise was due to a wedding party, and although I am sympathetic to this, it was still not acceptable and did not explain or resolve the other problems. It then took me more than 1 hour to check out - The manager was sleeping (9:00 am) and when he did arrive, he wanted to convince me to stay, and then he wanted to refund me directly for only some of the money, rather than going through Trip,com! Even the lady at the front desk shouted at the manager because he took so long to come and resolve the matter! I was late for work because of the extended time to check out and the poor service. I repeat, this is not a hotel and this property is disgusting and depressing - I could not wait to leave! **DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY** **DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY**

酒店位置有點偏，距出差的單位比較近，地鐵不是很遠。房間很大設施挺新。附近有吃飯的地方，燴麪炒菜都有。
