最初開始住兩天、接着續住三天，談談這次的入駐體驗。優點：房間的裝修和衞生都無可挑剔，可以打滿分； 缺點：酒店裡大馬路有些近，續住的時候換了房間，還是有些交通噪音，換了的房間倒不影響休息；酒店的早餐廳，咖啡機裏面出來的咖啡量太少了，也許是為了怕浪費吧，我接了兩次才接了半杯，牛奶區域沒有玻璃杯子，衹有一次性紙杯，這個餐具在酒店餐廳有些搞笑了，估計為了減少洗杯子的工作量吧，擺放的蛋糕是硬的，我納悶是不是剩的，放久了才發硬；最後來點評一下前台的不專業，我離開酒店的早上7:00電話問他們免費送高鐵站的車輛，前台電話告知八點準時出發，讓提前幾分鐘到前台等，我7:50到了前台，等到8:05也沒見車來，問了一下前台，前台讓我再等一會兒就回來，我接着又等了五分鐘，依然不見車來，我就自己叫個車離開了，我離開時前台還讓我把網約車取消掉，可以接着等酒店的車，我可不敢等了，我得去趕高鐵啊。客人在等車，一個具備服務意識的酒店應該考慮為客人儘快解決這個問題啊，三四個人在那裡木着，一點服務意識都沒有。這個酒店的前台應該得好好地進行培訓

陪孩子來參加高考，定的親子房，連着住了3天，剛開始覺得房間有點小，其他設施和環境都還不錯，但酒店的各項服務，以及很多細節讓我感覺很舒服，免費的三餐、冷櫃、前台、客房、餐飲各部門的服務都值得點贊，空調出風口前設計了專門晾衣服的衣架，很人性化！親子房還有小孩的故事書，最後一天由於文科結束就12：15了，我們回來午餐時間已結束，也沒什麼東西了，酒店人員也能儘量在為我們提供餐食，沒有感覺到不耐煩！能感覺到你們每一個人都是用心在做事，感謝這三天你們提供的所有服務和便利，祝咱酒店每一個員工幸福安康，也祝咱酒店生意興隆財源廣進……下次見！
