GGastnutzerComfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

GGastnutzerWe arrived on a very foggy night but when we woke up, we saw the view into the hills directly from our beds - amazing! The house and rooms are really nice, unfortunately it was too cold to use the outside pool, but we had a huge bathtub in our room. We were also glad to find that there was heating in the room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though our Chinese is not very good. They sometimes used an app to translate. They also helped us to rent an e-scooter so that we could explore the environment on our own. Thank you so much!

SSan369作為在外地生活的興義人，種草了很久，回老家第一時間帶家人來雲屯，訂的是3房別院帶私湯，設備相應齊全，3房各有廁所，特別適合家庭入住，雖然中間有一些小插曲，但酒店服務響應及時，處理妥當，對我們提出的建議也虛心接受，總之不影響整個度假體驗感。
因為優點不勝枚舉，首先温泉公共池的環境非常好，高低錯落的温泉池，各有景色，有點峇裏島酒店的味道，可能我們入住時間不在旺期，人少又安靜，所以氛圍感拉滿。晚上回到別院的私泉泡，一家人更加有私密性。
再來就是那個小童樂園，還蠻大的，小朋友非常喜歡，流連忘返。
最後就是步行遊園，內部景色簡直不要太美，隨拍即出片，看到很多梅花樹，還有櫻花樹，可以想象應景時節會更美。
總之，到了天熱時，還會再來體驗。

Hechu Minsu gives me the best experience with all the above. Awesome stays with them!
Although they require a certain amount of deposit, look at the amenities and facilities, to me, it's necessary and it's refundable anyway. The quality of the stays come from a bad experience of the Minsu owner in other places, thus she set the standard with hers. Will definitely come back!

SSteven DowsonWe have been traveling in Guizhou and Yunnan for a month and this hotel is easily the best value we have experienced. The couple who run the hotel have put a lot of thought, effort, and good design into making the rooms and communal areas very comfortable and homely. Attention to detail is first class, they even offer complementary recyclable bamboo toothbrush, most furniture and fittings are made from high quality timber and some beams and pillars are very old - this creates a warm feeling throughout the hotel and everywhere smells of wood and varnish. Breakfast cooked by our host was simple but excellent - fresh corn followed by noodles and a small bowl of sweet soup with rice noodles, delicious! We were able to park next to the hotel, a washing machine is available. Entrance to the scenic area just a couple of km away. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Der Service des Hotels ist noch unerwünscht! Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch und beschreibt die Merkmale des Hotels und die Umgebungs Attraktionen im Zusammenhang mit dem Aufenthalt in detaillierter Weise. Der Service des Hotels ist auch sehr intim und wird jeden Tag ernsthaft gereinigt und frische Früchte für uns bereitet.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, sowohl traditionelle chinesisches Essen als auch westliches Geschmack. Der Geschmack ist großartig. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr bequem, es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte umgeben, die Reise ist sehr bequem.
Kurzum, dieses Aufenthaltserlebnis ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Xiao Redwood Hotel hat mir nicht nur die Charme der Rotholzkultur gedacht, sondern auch einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service genossen. This chain has this odd, European baroque theme, which I always found quite bizarre, given the execution is actually very cheap and amateurish which is the exact opposite of the lavish, often overtly decorated baroque. What is even more odd, the breakfast is only Chinese food, not even coffee is available, let alone pastries or any food that one would associate with Vienna. No problem if it’s a Chinese hotel chain, but what’s the point of this bizarre baroque theme
