Top class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village. Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service. Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement. All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.

Die Lage der Volksstätte ist in der tiefen Berge, einzig ein kleines Dorf, entlang des Flusses der Wolken, hat ein Wurzeln, eine alte Straße, eine wilde Fülle, und es gibt keine Feiertage-Flüsse, ruhig und ruhig. GGastnutzerI am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

Very new beaitiful hotel, was built in 2021st. the hotel is located right on the cliff and when you swim in pool with with glass wall looks like you fly over canyon, Rooms are very original made with love in details, full of gadgets, windows view leads right to the very deep canyon. Owner is a very nice guy, who was keeping asking customers survey what can advise to improve his place.

DDongdongdongdongqiangzhu入住期間發現淋浴間的下水道嚴重堵塞，導致排水極為緩慢，幾乎無法正常使用。淋浴後，積水無法及時排出，整個淋浴間變成了“小型游泳池”，影響了我的使用體驗，並且水温忽冷忽燙，雖然不至於燙傷，但還是不太能接受那個燙度。想請問打掃衞生的時候，是不打掃浴室的嗎？浴室不下水保潔難道不知道嗎？

You have nearby Dafosi temple ( 20 min), Mount Tianmu ( 30 min) and Shijiufeng ( 50 min) The room was comfortable and the service was good. Breakfast was included.

The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
