服務熱情，有兩個女工作人員都很熱情很可愛。戴眼鏡，皮膚很白。還有一個戴眼鏡的男工作人員也很可愛，都是微笑服務。
房間很新，有夜燈，USB和typec接口，插座也很多。吧枱的燒水壺又漂亮又實用，顯示温度。水也很好。
乾濕分離，上廁所、洗澡、刷牙互相不影響，這個很不錯。不過淋浴室沒有掛衣服的地方，如果洗澡完了穿衣服或者女生生理期更換衞生用品，有點點不便。
離建昌古城不遠，步行可達。對面也有公交車可以到邛海各個景點。相對而言周邊吃飯的地方不算多，晚上衹有燒烤。比較安靜，即便靠馬路的房子晚上也不吵。
大堂有免費咖啡，茶點，花草茶，休閑區。住了三個晚上，都很愉悦。早餐品種豐富，米線好吃。建議8點左右過去，人少。要不然可能沒地方坐。
美中不足，連着兩天早上8-9點三層電梯廳對面的安全門都推不開，2樓到3樓樓梯間方向也是推不開安全門。無論刷卡還是不刷卡。

做為一個在外工作的西昌人，還是一個酒旅從業者，我知道一個好評來之不易，但是我第一次非常主動樂意的給一個酒店寫好評。
每次回家都會選擇不同的酒店去體驗，學習，漫心給我的印象:
第一肯定是裝修新，大堂格局好，沒怎麼加入經營業態，但是作為女性主題酒店的温馨一覽無遺，還加了點小小的彝族裝飾元素，不多不少。
前台妹妹以為我是外地朋友，很熱情的給我介紹了一下彝族文化。入住送了涼山特產小零食，給我做了免升、延遲退房，雖然我知道這是酒店的常規操作了，但這畢竟不是我要來的，是妹妹主動問我的需求服務的，讓我入住還是感受很愉悦。
讓我驚喜的是酒店居然剛好有我需要的粘毛器，很香，冬日酒店必備！
室內軟裝，洗護用品也在線，在西昌比起全季與桔子，性價比漫心香很多，但是房間的衞生細節還是有待提高！

服務： 從踏入酒店起便感受到賓至如歸的關懷！前台小姐姐笑容親切，主動介紹周邊景點與交通路線，還貼心贈送西昌特色水果拼盤。客房服務響應迅速，深夜需要加被子時，工作人員5分鐘內便送到房間。離店時幫忙預約出租車，甚至贈送了自製小零食作為旅途補給，細節之處盡顯用心。
衞生： 作為潔癖患者也挑不出毛病！房間一塵不染，床品柔軟蓬鬆，衞浴乾濕分離設計合理，洗漱台鏡面與五金件光潔如新。每日打掃後空氣瀰漫淡淡香氛，連地毯縫隙都無碎屑殘留。公共區域同樣整潔，電梯按鍵區定時消毒的提示牌讓人倍感安心。
地理位置： 堪稱西昌旅遊黃金C位！步行5分鐘直達火把廣場核心區，民族風情演出、夜市美食近在咫尺；打車10分鐘可達邛海公園、瀘山景區，環湖騎行或索道登山都超方便；酒店門口多路公交直達航天北路藍花楹大道、建昌古城，對於非自駕遊客極其友好。周邊便利店、葯店齊全，深夜也能輕鬆滿足需求。

這次去西昌，朋友推薦，住的漫心酒店，好像剛開不久，設備設施都是新的，風格很獨特，房間乾淨整潔，一點異味也沒有，最主要是特別安靜，晚上超好睡的。早上坐在落地窗旁吃早餐，也是一種享受呢！這個推薦真心不錯，下次來西昌，還會住這裏……

地理位置佳，離建昌古城步行可達，晚上逛逛很不錯。地下停車庫和小區共用，入口有標識。
不知怎麼搞的，呆在房間裏總想打噴嚏，有敏感物在房間，需要打掃更徹底。

不誇張的説，這個酒店是我近幾年住過的最暖心且最得我心的酒店！
我們在西昌住過不少酒店，原本並不知道漫心品牌，緣分選中。入住前還有些忐忑，畢竟是兩家人一同出行，還帶了小朋友，環海騎行了一圈，全身疲憊，晚上十點才辦理入住，一出電梯就感受到了三位小姐姐散發的熱情與活力，周到又細緻給小朋友準備了舒適的小拖鞋和小童牙刷，給大朋友們準備了精緻特色的小零食和暖心的飲品，這一步簡直直沖心靈，把我們一行人全部拿下！直呼服務太優質！將晚餐的不愉快一掃而空。同伴表示前一晚的豪生酒店也不過如此。
驚喜還源源不斷，房間內的每一處均是精緻到位，用材和設計感整個拉滿！
早餐又是讓我熱淚盈眶！！米線太好吃！水果太好吃！離開時沒有取通車卡，前台的小姐姐又不辭辛苦的跑一趟，幫忙送停車卡到門崗亭。小小的動作，總是温暖着我們。感謝你們的用心。

房間比較新，裝修佈局很不錯，酒店位置離建昌古城一個站還比較近，但附近沒有其他歺食店。酒店前台的小姐姐服務態度很友好，熱情幫助介紹公交乘坐路線及地點。在這家住了三晚，西昌天氣有點熱，每天都是大太陽，氣温己達23、24度啦，室內整晚温度也是22，23度，遺憾的是酒店的空調居然不能開，連一點通風也開不起，床上用的是棉被，晚上根本睡不好覺，酒店人員熱情拿來一個電風扇，但聲音很吵也不能開着睡覺，另外預訂酒店時頁面顯示帶早，但到店後卻説衹有一個早，自費另訂了兩個早餐，這個感覺有點不爽😠

酒店很不錯，離古城很近，而且在酒店租電瓶車很方便，我們淡季2月元宵節租一天50元，我們騎着電瓶繞海一圈電都夠雖然電量出門的兩格，騎一圈回來還是兩格虛電，就算沒電了也可以打電話叫師傅來換車很方便。酒店在17°附近打車和外賣也跟方便，外面寫清楚房間號還有機器人送上門，早餐也有當地的餌塊也不錯很豐盛。17°這個位置又有商圈，不管去金鱗沙灘還是小漁村還是去瀘山都很方便（有電瓶車）這裏離水果批發市場也很近可以買點水果帶回去給朋友。當天到酒店晚上還去附近看了馬戲團表演。
