Es heißt, wir seien die erste Gästegruppe gewesen, als das Hotel eröffnet wurde, und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Dame an der Rezeption gab uns ein Zimmer mit einer guten Aussicht, obwohl es während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts einige Zwischenfälle gab Das Hotelmanagement-Team nahm die Lösung dieser Probleme sehr ernst. Insbesondere der Enthusiasmus von Frau Li Yanmei, der Gästebetreuungsleiterin der Front-Office-Abteilung, sorgte dafür, dass sich die Menschen aufrichtig fühlten und sich wie zu Hause fühlten.
