Umgebung: Die Lage ist erstklassig. Vom Bahnhof Xiamen sind es nur etwa 600 Meter zu Fuß. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind neu und auch die umliegenden Einrichtungen sind sehr gut. Die Hintertür auf der G-Etage führt direkt in die Mixc City, wo Sie können einkaufen, essen, trinken und Spaß haben! Auch an Online-Promi-Läden in der Nähe mangelt es nicht. Unten befinden sich der Ah Zhong Fruit Shop, Sili Shacha Noodles und der Ah Zhong Food Square (aber der Geschmack ist mittelmäßig). Auf jeden Fall ist es sehr praktisch! Gästezimmer: Der Designstil ist sehr markant, das Zimmer ist groß genug, die Sauberkeit ist gut, die Badewanne ist groß und es lässt sich absolut bequem baden! Beim Check-in gibt es zur Begrüßung Obst, die Minibar ist ebenfalls kostenlos und es gibt viele Arten von Getränken. Da die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist die Luftzirkulation im Raum durchschnittlich und der Luftreiniger wurde am nächsten Tag geliefert, was sich verbessert hat. Das Einzige, worüber ich mich beschweren muss, ist, dass ich nicht die Initiative ergriffen habe, die Toilettenartikel für die Kinder bereitzustellen, sondern sie selbst vorbereitet habe. Service: Der Service ist gut. (Mit Ausnahme des Gebäudes G habe ich nicht gesehen, dass sie mich vom Check-in bis zum Check-out begrüßt haben.) Die Antwortprobleme anderer Mitarbeiter werden zeitnah gelöst. Während der Happy Hour Der Lobbymanager (junger Mann) kam, um zu fragen. Die Check-in-Situation löste auch die Probleme, auf die ich zeitnah reagierte. (Entschuldigung, ich habe mich nicht an Ihren Namen erinnert) Ich habe auch nach dem Check-out angerufen, um mich zu erkundigen, sehr gewissenhaft! Ich hoffe, bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt eine bessere Erfahrung zu machen!

I have selected this hotel a couple of times. The hospitality is superb. The friendly staff always finds ways to support you. They have a nice bar area.

This hotel is absolutely joke, I have no idea how they can charge this price for super tiny room and service? I had a deluxe king size room, it was super small. I got only two bottles of water, mini bar didn’t have any normal snacks or extra drinks. Breakfast was awful, I got an egg Benedict with the size of a matchbox, besides that — there was absolutely zero options for western food. I would understand if it’s costs a 100 RMB per night, but it’s pricy and hotel pretended to be a 5 start. Absolutely not worth this price.

Loved our stay at the andaz Xiamen, 5 star location with shopping mall connecting to the hotel and lots of local restaurants and street food close by. Wonderful service from check in to check out. The only fault would be they didn’t have children’s amenities. 小蔡 at the reception gave us a farewell gift, a local souvenir snack, thank you!

The service by Renee, Roy and Claire is impressive. Looking forward to meeting them again in future!

The location is good but the hotel does not live up to the standard of a luxury 5 star hotel. The rooms look grand but the material used is cheap cheap, and the worst thing about the rooms are that there is no air circulation in the room, the aircon is only streaming out a little bit of cold air and the whole room becomes a sauna in the middle of the night. The noise cancellation is bad, so you hear your neighbors in the other rooms. All in all, not worth to stay here.

Hotel very near Xiamen high speed train station. Have many food options around the hotel for both breakfast and lunch. Room is huge and clean and hotel provide baby cot.

Excellent services. Especially enjoyed the moments @ the lounge. Relaxing experience. Didn't had a chance to visit the swimming pool though, will do it the next time. Overall a very good experience.

We loved the hotel. It was perfect for a staycation in Xiamen with decent perks and a nice outdoor pool.

Prime location, fantastic stay, clean room and excellent service - Defo will recommend to friends, worth a revisit simply for its friendly and very helpful staff all the way from reception to consierge!

I stayed here for 4days, and it was a definitely outstanding experience that made me write this review. When we left Andaz, my son asked me to evaluate my satisfaction, and my answer was 9.5. Then he asked what is missing 0.5 point? Well, actually i couldnt find. Yes, it was almost close to perfection. Cleaning, room condition, breakfast, amenity, gym, swimming pool, Sauna, Happy hour, Coffee service at the lounge….everything was very detailed and thoughtfully served to guests. Lastly, the highlight for real was their exceptional service. All the staffs i met during my staying were really kind, professional and efficient. Even i’ve been lots of fancy places, it can be one of top. This hotel is well known for ‘instagrammable’ spot, however, i think it’s true value is much more than that!
