Die Erfahrung ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Es ist etwas scharf am Isolierungsgeräusch. Sie können morgens verborgen die Klopfen anderer Zimmer hören. Aber im Allgemeinen ist es eine gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit. Die Verzögerung der Abfahrtsfunktion kann die Rezeption zeigen, wenn Sie ein Aufenthalt benötigen? Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Baolong Square und ist kurz davor gekommen. Es ist besonders bequem zu essen. Es ist viel zu essen. Ich bin auch sehr nah am Fantomas, um mehr als zehn Minuten zu fahren. Ich spiele im Halloween-Aktivitäten, vor allem ist der Preis super hoch! Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, die Einstellung ist sehr gut, die Hygiene ist sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, die Leute sind sehr herzlich, die Tante ist auch sehr bescheiden, die Rezeption ist auch sehr schöne Zimmer besonders sauber.

JJamesAs per my previous review, this hotel is the best Crowne plaza i have stayed at and one of the best hotels i have found in China. Without repeating my previous review, the rooms are new and excellent quality, the facilities perfect and the staff are exceptional - always friendly and amenable. Special mention for the housekeeping staff who seem to work tirelessly. I travel extensively so i can be fussy and sometimes dismissive of the ‘hotel experience’, but this hotel is really exceptional. I will return for sure

It was not only tidy but also well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in housekeeping truly stood out, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in providing a pristine environment for their guests.
One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary laundry service. This thoughtful amenity made my trip even more convenient, allowing me to refresh my wardrobe without any hassle. It’s a fantastic perk, especially for travelers who are on the go or attending conferences.
Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, providing a delightful start to each day.
I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were practical and useful for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. It had everything I needed for a good workout, making it easy to stay active during my stay.
Another unique aspect of the Mercure Hotel is the innovative use of robots to deliver food orders from ** (*******) directly to your room. This modern touch added a fun and convenient element to my experience, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving my room.
Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me.
Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, practical gym, innovative delivery service, and excellent amenities like free laundry makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe enjoyed an incredible stay at the Swiss Grand in Xiamen. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views of Gulangyu from the bedroom. It is also within walking distance of Zhongshan Lu where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The 25 metre pool is fantastic. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious! The Chinese restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious, offering a innovative interpretations of traditional dishes. While the staff are helpful and courteous, there is a lot of room for improvement. In particular, I asked for help to get the ferry schedule and ferry tickets to Gulangyu and was told to go to the ferry terminal.

RRam KondaAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

Auch ein Spaziergang zu den Acht Märkten ist praktisch, um Mitternachtssnacks zu kaufen und sie auf dem Zimmer zu genießen. Am aufmerksamsten ist der freundliche Service des Kundendienstpersonals. In der Lobby gibt es auch eine Kaffeemaschine, an der wir Gäste uns jederzeit erfrischen können. Der 24-Stunden-Service ist Selbstbedienung. Das Sofa ist auch sehr bequem zum Sitzen. Sie können sich entspannen und unterhalten, bevor Sie entscheiden, wohin Sie gehen.

Der größere Raum verfügt außerdem über ein Sofa und einen großen Tisch. Wir haben jede Menge frisches Obst darauf gestellt, das wir für einen Beauty-Mitternachtssnack gekauft hatten, haha.
Achten Sie bei Ihrer Zimmerbuchung darauf, dass Sie ein Zimmer mit Frühstücksbuffet buchen! Sogar das Frühstücksessen wird vom Hotel mit Liebe zubereitet. Es ist sättigend, nahrhaft und gesund. Das Essen ist wirklich köstlich. Mir persönlich gefällt es und ich glaube, dass jeder zufrieden sein wird. Die Kellnerin ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und füllt das Essen schnell auf und achtet auf Hygiene. Es ist wirklich toll!

GGastnutzerFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. CChristianAn der Rezeption wurden wir professionell und freundlich empfangen. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade, ganz herzlichen Dank. Das Zimmer ist gross, das Bad perfekt und wir haben bestens geschlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und gut zubereitet. Was mich persönlich freute war, dass es Toast, Kaffee und sogar Marmelade hatte. Wir empfehlen das Hotel, unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank.

MMacDsOnTourDas Hotel war in Ordnung. Das Bett war für westliche Verhältnisse etwas hart, aber alles war sehr sauber.
Ich kann gar nicht genug Gutes über Herrn Micheal Chen sagen, dessen Englisch außergewöhnlich und seine Höflichkeit unglaublich waren. Er half uns sogar, unsere Fährtickets nach Gulangyu zu buchen! Wenn Sie ihn treffen, fragen Sie nach Fawlty Towers! 🤣
Das Gleiche kann man von einer Dame, die am Frühstücksbuffet arbeitete, nicht sagen. Ich bekam einen Teller Brot zum Teilen und mir wurde gesagt, wenn ich Brot so sehr mag, dann verkaufen sie es!!!! Es kam mir so vor, als würde sie uns jedes Mal mustern, wenn wir etwas essen gingen. Ich bezweifle, dass sie das zu irgendjemandem mit einem Teller voller Knödel sagte. Wir fühlten uns jedes Mal unwohl, wenn wir danach zum Frühstück gingen, und das ist kein Zeichen für ein gutes Hotel. Ich werde nicht nach Xiamen zurückkehren, aber wegen ihr würde ich, wenn ich es täte, ein anderes Hotel wählen.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
