Es ist nie einfach, eine schlechte Bewertung für ein Hotel abzugeben. Diesmal war das Verhalten der Rezeption von Wan'ao zu schlecht (sie hat lange Haare und ist). Ich bin in diesem Moment sehr dünn und sehr besorgt darüber. Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett, als ich eincheckte. Als Rezeptionsprofi kann ich das tun Ich verstehe, dass er vielleicht zu beschäftigt ist, wenn er eine schlechte Einstellung hat, aber ich kann es wirklich nicht verstehen. Wenn Sie den Raum wechseln wollen, aber nicht, können Sie das sagen. Ich habe keinen Platz und es gibt viele Gründe, warum ich den Preis sofort geändert habe. Am Ende habe ich gesagt, dass Ctrip ihn geändert hat. Ich habe im Laufe der Jahre in allen möglichen Hotels übernachtet, und dies ist nicht das erste Mal, dass ich eine Zimmerkategorie geändert habe. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ein Geschäft den Preis vor Ort erhöht hat ? Schließlich habe ich den Ctrip-Kundendienst angerufen und der Preisunterschied wurde in bar ausgeglichen. Ich empfehle jedem aufrichtig, dies bei der Buchung eines Hotels zu vermeiden. Aus keinem anderen Grund ist es nicht wichtig, beim Ausgehen Geld auszugeben, aber Sie werden es tun Sie sind sehr wütend, wenn Sie betrogen werden. Es wird daher empfohlen, dies zu vermeiden.

Es ist sehr gut. Die Umgebung und die Lage sind sehr hygienisch. Der Service ist sehr enthusiastisch und hat uns auch einen Reiseführer gegeben . Ich habe es nicht erlebt. Ich werde es beim nächsten Mal noch einmal versuchen.

Gute Lage, nur einen Steinwurf von Dayanta, Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City entfernt. Schlechte Schallisolierung, man kann die Unterhaltung nebenan deutlich hören.

Requested for non smoking room but room toilet had a strong cigarette stench when we checked in. Second morning we were awoken by heavy drilling and renovation noise at 8am from the hotel's neighbours, this should have been prevented if the hotel management took more care in negotiating a later start time to renovation that surely cannot be at 8am!! After that, there was no hot water for showering..manager told us it will take 15-20 mins to fix. We waited for close to an hour before giving up and left as it was causing delays to our plans. When we were back in the evening, it still wasn't fixed and need a technician to come fix it. While it was fixed for the night, there was no hot water again the next morning. Service was terrible and it was an experience that totally ruined our stay in Xian.

Disappointed with this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Check in time was 2pm but our room was still not ready when we reached for check in at about 4 plus pm. Had to wait for housekeeping to clean our room, very bad! 2. Upon check in, room had urine smell and had to request housekeeping to come clean again and sprayed air refresher. 3. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the lift broke down on second day of our stay and all the guests had to climb the stairs. Very bad they took so long to repair and lift was not made good when we checked out. The poor hotel staff and security guard had to hand carry our luggages down from the fourth floor. Really appreciative! They did it for the other guests also 😅😅😅 4. Hotel breakfast was the same everyday and not much variety, so do not expect too much. Much said for the above, staff was generally friendly and pretty responsive when we had queries or required assistance though...

Comfortable hotel, near to dayanta and Furong Garden

Location is very perfect for tourist. Easy to find local food restaurant. And many of delicious food

I was initially thrilled about staying at this hotel, having read numerous positive reviews. However, my excitement was short-lived. On the first night, a large cockroach crawled across the bed, which completely ruined my stay. I couldn’t sleep and decided to check out the very next morning. It’s a pity that hygiene seems to be an issue here, as the hotel had so much potential. Hopefully, they will address this problem to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Breakfast quite simple. Kitchen facilities needs upgrade, especially the coffee machines ( in kitchen & entry) . Microwave too. We bought some food for supper & realise the microwave is out of order , quite disappointed. Hotel location is good, counter staff also quite friendly.

Breakfast and room is good.(according to budget).Could not find a better rate at this location. The staff are friendly. Communication with the staff is a hassle because no one speaks english. They use Digital translators(App). Room partitions are very thin, you can hear other peoples talk(/Activities).

Very close to Longest Day in Chang'an (长安十二时辰), near Everbright City, hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast needs improvement

14日入住後浴室熱水就時有時無，15日早餐時間餐廳門口地面撒的都是酸奶沒有人清理，15日逛完景點回到酒店依然沒有熱水，聯繫服務枱後告訴可以放着洗臉盆的水將就用。還有就是沒有空調，房間温度衹有19度，聯繫服務員説春天了就一直沒有空調，真不明白幾百塊錢一間的酒店客房居然是如此的差。

這家酒店環境特別好，服務也特別好，去房間也特別好，距離兵馬俑和華清池也都不遠，房間也很乾凈，衞生設施也很齊全，房間非常的寬敞，還有一輛都是名窗，交通也很便利，出門就能打車，很方便，總之，非常的好，強烈推薦

位置超讚，出門左邊就是大雁塔，右邊就是長安十二時辰，斜對面就是大唐芙蓉園，就在大唐不夜城街區，裝修風格好看，在這個地段有這個面積的房間着實驚喜，以後再來還會選擇這家👍🏻
