"Der Service war an sich freundlich, was mich aber gestört hat war dass das Zimmer richtig in die Jahre gekommen ist, kein Föhn da war, dass das WLAN was kostet, die Fenster nicht richtig auf ging und das man den Flur hören konnte vom Zimmer aus. Für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung."

"Welcomed by 1st class reception personnel. Perfect peaceful stay/location. New clean comfortable modern aircon rooms with quality white bedding and towels. Food excellent quality, taste and presentation, thanks to the very high standards set by the chief Chef Colin and all his staff. Will definately return, easy walking to/from Airport Terminals, the Train stn and bus terminus is 2min accross the road. See pic. This also leads to covered walkways to all terminals. Good price point using Tripp, Bfast 15.00 if you book the night before 17.50 if on the day. Open until 10am. Dep room 11am."

"The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station."

"The hotel was well located to the airport terminal,the room was very clean & tidy,shower area spotless,tea & coffee in the room,the only problem i had was the card i was given upon checking in didn't work so as a solo traveler i had to leave all bags outside my door & had to go back to reception to let them know as there's nowhere to comunicate to reception,but the problem was resolved very quickly & very professionally."

"We had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended."

"During my stay, one of the restaurant staff was rude and made my family and me feel uneasy. The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. On the positive side, the receptionist was welcoming, lovely breakfast and the location is convenient."
