Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, clean room. Less than an hour by bus to visit Dover Castle.

We stayed one night and had a very disappointing experience. The shower drain was extremely slow — we had to stand in a pool of water while showering. We reported it, and the staff member who came was unprofessional: he touched the drain with gloves, then touched the sink faucet and door handle without changing them, and walked into the shower with his shoes on, leaving dirty footprints. He said nothing was blocked and that the plumbing staff had gone home, so nothing could be done until 8am — no solution was offered. The next morning, someone finally called around 9am to ask if they could come fix it, but we were already packed and ready to leave. On top of that, both the sink and toilet had visible stains when we arrived. For a hotel of this size, this level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable. The hotel only responded by saying they hope we will give them another chance and promised a better experience next time. However, apart from that, they did not actually resolve the issue we faced. 非常糟糕的服務 淋浴間水堵住 必須站在髒水裡洗澡且員工缺乏衛生訓練 用碰了下水道的髒手套 觸碰浴室水龍頭跟門板 我還必須自己做清潔消毒。 完全沒有解決問題 直到第二天要退房打電話來問可不可以修理？！ 我都要走了 隨便你修不修 反正我也用不到 。 員工缺乏應對訓練 只會叫我給他們機會再住一次 完全沒有解決問題 一個晚上£100多的酒店 居然連想好好洗澡都沒辦法 還要花錢溝通這些事 這麼差的體驗誰想要再花錢再來一次 永久避雷

Location was ideal, breakfast was great. Common areas and service was great, Ness took the time to recommend attractions and restaurants and was very polite. Rooms were clean and pleasant but would be better if they were bigger

Ww booked 2 rooms 1 nights same category hut assigned different size room. My son got a more spacios room than us. 2nd floor / 4th floor for a family of 3 persons. This is just an average chain hotel, located at the center of Canterbury. Clean, easy, express business chian hotel. Arrival experience is not very good as the reception isn't that friendly, maybe thats typical white people culture at chai hotel. ( Ps; not trying to be racist ) Serve standard buffet breakfast. Room is clean , size is standard. What's more you ask for, if that's only $260 for 2 nights for 1 room include breakfast

The overall stay was quite good, with reasonable price. The breakfast provided were also good!

Very central location and walking distance to all major places. It’s also in the heart of the shopping area. Room is clean and good condition. Some lower floor rooms might be slightly noise at night as there is a club next door.
