"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and usually have a good experience. This time front desk staff was unbelievably rude at check-in. I booked five rooms for family coming in for my son‘s graduation. Front desk staff was yelling at me and telling me she’s not sure she can have all the rooms ready. The hotel lobby as well as our rooms smelled like there was a sewer problem. The smell was there"

"Such a beautiful place to stay. I loved the location as well. We stayed in the Mayan room. I loved everything about it. The o my thing if I could change it would be little more space in the rooms. We found that we was dancing around each alot and could hardly move to get luggage situated. So that part left me little flustered for lack of space in that aspect. Otherwise I have absolutely no complaints. Was very clean and the bed and pillow was like sleeping on clouds. Loved that very much. Was so very comfy and cozy. Loved how they bring your room service with morning breakfast that was nice. The stay felt romantic and overall we had a great time and I would definitely stay again. Im sure we will be returning for yet another anniversary. We was here celebrating our 25yr anniversary and it was perfect! The staff are accommodating and friendly and the chateau is stunning. I highly recommend to others who are looking for a fun different themed room with a jacuzzi too. Lots of TV channels they offer as well. Thanks for everything!"
