老居民樓，沒有電梯，停車位充足，小區門口有小商店。房東人很好，溝通順暢，推薦了附近的好飯店。 不過實話實説，這房子不推薦。首先衞生情況確實不怎麼好。甩幹後的床單就晾在房間裏，濕氣特別大。地面地毯臟臟的，小朋友赤腳走一會腳底就黑了。二樓是閣樓，沒有洗手間，而且房間裏的插座和燈的開關是連一起的，關燈後就沒法給手機充電。 感覺適合大學生或不拘小節的年輕人，大家湊合一晚或圖個新鮮，畢竟還有露台可以燒烤，周圍也很安靜。全家出行尤其有小孩的真的不推薦。
