來無錫第一次入住這家酒店，酒店的房間很大，枕頭也軟，睡覺感覺特別舒坦。在這裏要特別感謝前廳經理許經理和客服管家彗子，剛把房間開好後感覺不是很滿意，許經理特別熱情幫忙更換房間並免費升級了房型，恰逢入住期間是我同伴的生日，許經理還特意讓廚房晚上送來了長壽麪，真的十分感激；慧子也是在我們入住期間提供了很多的幫助，在我們離開酒店時安排阿姨幫忙細心打掃房間，再次特別感謝兩位！下次來無錫還會入住！

一直是這家店的老客，之前是鼎尚皇冠酒店，現在重新升級成美麗豪酒店了，現在房間、餐廳、大堂都有大變化，房間真的不錯，乾淨整潔。前台和餐廳工作人員都很熱情，多了洗衣房和健身房，服務很好，停車出行也方便，早餐種類也挺多的。推薦！
