RReneeZhang2000Es ist großartig. Es könnte nicht besser sein. Von dem Moment an, als wir im Hotel ankamen, holte uns die Haushälterin Xiao Yin ab, brachte uns auf das Zimmer, stellte Peripherieprodukte vor und stellte einen riesigen Teller mit Obst zur Begrüßung bereit. Wir gaben auch Gutes Nachtjoghurt zum Abendessen ins Restaurant, und wir haben auch eine Teekanne für die Öffentlichkeit mitgebracht. Im Bereich der heißen Quellen war es so angenehm, Tee zu trinken, während man in der heißen Quelle badete. Am ersten Tag regnete es, aber das Wetter klarte auf Am nächsten Tag. Also habe ich mich in wunderschönen Rosen eingenistet und Rotwein in der privaten heißen Quelle außerhalb des Zimmers getrunken. Es war wirklich großartig. Das Hotel ist so wunderschön. Alle Servicemitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr nett.

GGastnutzerOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate, room service was on point.
I was visiting Wuxi for one day only, then I got caught in the rain, so I couldn’t get a taxi and missed my train. Once I checked in at the radisson, had a hot shower, with perfect water pressure, and settled into that comfortable bed all the trauma of the day was forgotten.

JJohann HartzenbergWir liebt das Aussehen und die Lage des Hotels und die Ansichten von hier atemberaubend, die einzige negative Kommentare, die ich habe, ist, dass es nicht mit Aircon, nie in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel ohne Aircon gewesen und es war so heiß in der Nacht. Andernfalls kann ich dieses Hotel nicht aufhören zu loben und empfehlen, es jedem, der in der Nähe einer guten Keller-Unterkunft der U-Bahn und des Parks sein möchte.

NNijiaminggenulizhuanqianMeine Frau und ihre Eltern kamen zu Besuch nach Wuxi und buchten ein Hotel in der Nähe. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr effizient und checkte schnell ein Das erste Mal, dass es einen Roboter-Essenslieferdienst gab. Es war ganz nett. Die Hotelumgebung ist gut. Die Zimmer sind größer als die, in denen ich zuvor in Kettenhotels der gleichen Preisklasse übernachtet habe.
Am nächsten Tag wollte ich mit dem alten Mann Wuxi Xiao Long Bao probieren, hatte aber bereits im Hotel gefrühstückt, das recht üppig war.
Insgesamt recht zufrieden.

The very nice reception staff moved us to a room where only the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell. Breakfast was good but rather comparable to cheaper hotels with a ~20 yuan breakfast.

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

GGastnutzerMy room at Manyue Hotel was very clean. The window opens slightly, so there was fresh air, and the room was bright and comfortable. There is a good blackout curtain, so it is pretty dark at night--great! The bed was comfortable, and has different types of pillows to choose from according to your own preference. The shower area is ”private” and separate from the toilet area--they are surrounded by frosted glass, so you cannot see another person--good when staying with a friend! Manyue provided slippers, robe, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and antibacterial hand soap, plus toothbrush kit, comb, and body lotion--very, very impressive for the price of this hotel! It's a good bargain.
There are a few places to eat nearby, but DON'T go to the restaurant across the street in the 1916 shopping center ! (It was recommended by the guy at the front desk.) That restaurant has terrible service--horrible service! The Korean-style bbq nearby was much better, and cheaper too. There is also a nice park about 1.5 blocks away--I walked there easily.
I noted that several Chinese guests did NOT pay a 200kuai deposit at the hotel. However, perhaps because I am a foreigner, I DID have to pay the deposit. However, it was refunded immediately upon my checkout--no problem. Very good.
Manyue Hotel is an excellent choice for a budget-minded traveler. It is a very good value for the price.

GGastnutzerIch erwartete so viel mehr von einem Ort, der sich selbst das GRAND Hotel nennt. Das war nicht einmal durchschnittlich (beim besten). Check-in war nicht sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte viele Fragen, zum Beispiel die Hälfte der Lichter funktionierte nicht, so war das Zimmer sehr dunkel, die ganze Zeit, als ich dort war. Das Wifi war wirklich spitzig und es war schwer zu signieren. Das Bett war ok, hatte so ein Schlaf. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich für einen günstigeren Preis in Wuxi viel besser geblieben, aber ich war müde und wollte nicht Beschwerden oder wechseln Zimmer/Hotels. Der Tube war ok und ehrlich zu sein, nachdem ich den Zustand des Zimmers gesehen habe ich nicht mal mit dem Pool störte. Ich dachte, wenn das Zimmer nicht so groß war, dann werden sie wahrscheinlich den Pool nicht gut reinigen. Sie hatten Anzeigen für in der Zimmermassage, aber es war nicht an diesem Tag verfügbar (warum dann überall anzeigen). Der Air Con war ein Witz, es war überhaupt nicht cool. Der TV war alt und ich musste mit den Batterien scheißen, um es sogar zu wechseln. Das war auch nicht so nett. Ein paar positive, der Klingelnboy half mir mit meinen Taschen zu verlassen, und ich kann sagen, die Mädchen am Morgen Frühstück waren sehr nett und nett ...Aber das ist nicht ihre Schuld, das Essen war ziemlich schrecklich. Zumindest war der Kaffee angemessen und reichlich. Im Allgemeinen machte mich der Rest des Personals das Gefühl, dass ich ein großes Unbehagen während ich da war. Meine Empfehlung ist, Bewertungen zu überprüfen und ein besseres Hotel für anderswo zu erhalten für viel weniger Geld. Ich werde nicht wieder in dieses alte, schmutzige, schmutzige Hotel sein.
