Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr schöner Lage am See. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. U Bahn gleich in der Nähe

Ausstattung: Unübertroffene Aussicht aus raumhohen Fenstern auf drei Seiten, drei Fenster und drei Ausblicke, Blick auf Liyuan Jiangnan, modernes und verträumtes Riesenrad Hygiene: sauber und ordentlich Umgebung: Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut vorteilhaft und man kann bequem überall hingehen. Service: Ich war vom ersten Moment an sehr aufmerksam und half mit den Koffern. Die Haushälterin Zhang Yi war aufmerksam und rücksichtsvoll und ergriff die Initiative, das Hotel über unterstützende Einrichtungen, Restaurants und Empfehlungen für umliegende Sehenswürdigkeiten zu informieren. Sie war besonders aufmerksam freundlich zu Kindern. Sie verschenkte Blindboxen und bereitete Karotten zum Füttern von Kleintieren vor. Während des Aufenthalts half er zeitnah bei der Lösung von Problemen und war ein Fünf-Sterne-Haushälter. Auch der Zimmerservice ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und stellt Bettdecken, Kinderhocker usw. zur Verfügung, was großartig ist. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist sehr Wuxi-spezifisch und sehr gut. Es war eine sehr schöne Reise und ich habe es bereits meinen Verwandten und Freunden empfohlen. Es ist ein Hotel, das einen Besuch wert ist, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Wuxi komme.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr vorteilhafte Lage, mit einer parkähnlichen, von Bäumen gesäumten Umgebung, ruhig und sauber, mit frischer Luft am Rande des Li-Sees und genießt einen Fünf-Sterne-Service. Insbesondere der Butler des Hotels, Beauty Xiaogu, ist sorgfältig und rücksichtsvoll, jeden Tag eine Begrüßung und ohne Upgrades. Ich hatte ein unbesiegbares Zimmer mit Seeblick. Diese Urlaubsreise war sehr angenehm. Auch das Essen, der Geschmack, die Umgebung und der Service des chinesischen Restaurants im ersten Stock sind erstklassig , Eindrucksvoll! Und der Service ist so sorgfältig wie die Schönheit Xiaowen.

Upon arrival, we have very joyful pleasurable welcome by the hotel service personnel. In view of our room is city view, we request to look into if lake view room, how much is require to pay. Mr. Xu, who attended to us provided us with free upgrade, we feel touch and impress. The Breakfast is good and there are full of variety of choices. For dinner, the hotel food is delicious and the service of the waitress is pleasant and friendly. We have a Wonderful stay at the hotel.

Excellent location! Beautiful view!! If you come here, you must live in a lake view room. The view of the lake from the high floor is awesome, overlooking the Li Lake and Li Garden below. Most of all, the service of Xiaolu (卢颖)housekeeper is super, she is thoughtful and meticulous, and the room arrangement is perfect. Every time we come to Wuxi, we would choose Hubin Hotel. The beauty of the lake was stupendous. The room was large and had a lovely big bath, fancy toilet and large powerful shower. The swimming pool was amazing. The gym was very basic.

This is a beautiful hotel, although they could use some upgrades on the design of the rooms. The service was absolutely amazing, thank you to Jessie Xue who went above and beyond on our requests. The environment is so relaxing and the views are amazing! Will definitely be back to visit!

Walking distance to xihu and the shopping area. Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay from start to finish! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely choose this hotel again!

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

My third stay in this hotel. Overall it's a good choice though hotel is not new and rooms could be renovated actually. Beautiful location with park on hotel's territory and scenic view on a lake. Breakfasts always tasty and various. Staff service very good.

The receptionist on my 2nd day stay is very helpful and well understand your need. If I come again Wuxi, I certainly stay again in this hotel.
