Wuxi Dangkou Ancient Town Yiwenge Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

Perfect breakfast and a good location nearby restaurants and park , good rooms

酒店在古鎮正門斜對面，步行不到10分鐘，位置挺好的，在古鎮對面很安靜，之前在古鎮裏面住，拖個大行李箱在石板路上走，別提多艱難。車直接開到酒店入口，入口處就是一個免費停車場。 這次訂的陽台房，陽台下面就是小河直通古鎮。在陽台上喝杯咖啡放鬆一下挺不錯的。 酒店開業一年多了，感覺挺新的，設施齊全，服務人員都很貼心。 特別要説的是早餐很有品質，食物新鮮。很適合週末假期帶家人一起來這裏放鬆放鬆，逛逛古鎮。

周圍環境很安靜，環境好，離盪口古鎮景區主大門口大約五六百米，步行六七分鐘左右就能到，遊玩很方便。酒店房間設施挺好的，熱水大，被子也很舒服，感覺面料超絲滑，早餐現包的小餛飩不錯，老婆挺喜歡的。價格不貴，性價比很高，以後衹要來無錫，都會住這裏，一定會再見。

設施：房間裏的天花板和牆壁都有滲水的印記。 衞生：可能房間衞生服務細節上還缺乏跟進，有灰塵。 環境：整體酒店外觀環境挺好的，大堂環境也不錯。 服務：有點欠缺，沐浴三件套放的都是小瓶洗髮水，沒有沐浴露。客房服務員擺放有點粗心了。

環境也一般吧，房間一股黴味。周圍吃飯的地方也不是很方便。早餐味道和品類也不咋樣。吊頂有較大的水印。庭院野草也不搭理。尤其是酒店門口的地毯早上也不刮水一踩鞋子直接濕了。不怎麼推薦
