Horrible staff, horrible customer service, no sense of accountability or training. tasteless food & that silly bouncer that lacks manners and a working brain. dirty room & bathroom wasn’t running water.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a hotel due to the rude behavior of the staff. Despite the appealing facilities, the unpleasant encounter with the staff significantly impacted my overall impression. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay.

Run for your life! It's not worth it. This hotel in Abuja is the most useless. If you want to find out for yourself, you can give it a try, but don't say you weren't warned. The customer service is zero, the staff is rude, and you'll be treated with complete disregard.

The hotel food is trash, ordered a food package from another restaurant and they wouldn't let me bring in the food. Apparently, you are supposed to bribe the manager so he can let you take the food inside the hotel. If you're abroad & looking for where to stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I give it a zero rating

This hotel is the devil's playground. Violent staff with criminal tendencies. Behaviour consistent with ***** and hooligans. Never make the mistake of lodging here. The risk to life and property is not worth the paltry service they purport to offer.
