Als ich am nächsten Tag die Zimmerkarte durchzog, half mir ein anderer Mitarbeiter und sagte, dass das von mir gebuchte Zimmer nicht der aktuellen Zimmerkategorie entspreche und die Differenz in Rechnung stellen wollte. Ich erklärte, dass es letzte Nacht andere Mitarbeiter gab, die beim Upgrade des Zimmers geholfen haben Ich wurde gefragt, warum sie das Zimmer für mich aufgewertet haben. Nach einer Menge Ärger sagte sie mir, dass sie mir dieses Mal beim Upgrade helfen würde und bat mich um 5 Punkte, das habe ich wirklich getan! Sind Sie verrückt nach guten Bewertungen?
