Service was amazing, first night was refunded due to a flight disruption resulting in me missing the first night. You cannot swim in this hotel and make use of the pool unless you have a swimming cap however. A term that should be stated to customers in advance.

Fantastic Stay at Four Points by Sheraton My recent stay at was excellent because of the following reasons 1. Comfortable and Clean: The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. 2. Outstanding Service:The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. 3. Convenient Location:The hotel is centrally located near the metro and dining options. 4. Great Facilities: The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant, were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a comfortable and convenient stay.

next to the metro station and shopping mall. Convenient to eat, buy, and move to other area of Wuhan. Staffs were kind and room and swimming pool was good enough!

服務非常完美，房間很乾凈，景色也很好，浴缸泡澡很舒服，游泳池是下午去的，人很少，水很清澈。所有服務人員都努力滿足我們的各種要求，太貼心了。

真的比預期好太多了！全國的喜來登住了這麼多家，好多都舊的不成樣子無錫、常州的7.8百感覺都和快倒閉一樣！這次來武漢真的超乎我意料之外！幾百的酒店設施服務真的已經超出性價比太多太多！孩子都覺着服務好還想再住！昨天10點入住的，因為帶了兩個孩子一遍遍麻煩房管阿姨送東西，阿姨人超級好！特別貼心的又給孩子拿了牙刷水、還給換了乳膠枕！早上吃早飯被餐廳服務員各種體貼服務又暖到了！強烈推薦！

春節去武漢玩在這家酒店連續住了兩天，設施、衞生、環境、服務都不錯，唯一不足的就是外賣不讓上樓，還要乘坐兩個電梯下去拿，這點很不人性化
