Somerset's location is superb as it is within a shopping mall & metro station in its basement level. The attached mall has Aeon supermarket, many good value local eateries & others. Room is very spacious, clean and it is equipped with washing/dryer machine. I will absolutely stay here again!!

Booked a 2-bedroom apartment. Apartment is clean. Location is superb with metro station next to it. The hotel is also located within the shopping mall, so is very convenient. Service is awesome. The staff went the extra miles to collect our parcels for us without us asking. Upon knowing that our departure flight is at 0030H, they also extended our checkout time to 1800H, which we are greatly thankful. Overall an excellent experience!

Booked the 4 bedroom suites, spacious and comfy. Hotel location is accessible as well. Gym is 24H, which is good for us that will be out until late at night. Rooms have universal power sockets as well. Will choose to stay at this hotel again for my next visit to Wuhan.

Arrived in Wuhan around 6 AM—tired with a one-year-old baby. Check-in time was 2 PM, but we got instantly approved for early check-in when they saw we were traveling with a baby. They took just 10 minutes to set up the baby crib for us. The room was already clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. The location is great—situated on the 7th floor of a mall, making it super convenient to access food and markets. Will definitely book here again when we visit family and friends in Wuhan!

Great location, although not exactly close to any tourists hot spots but there is a mall and metro station right underneath the apartment, so there is no need to worry about weather and can get to anywhere easily. Hotel facilities include a full gym, ping pong table (my parents loved it), and female change room has a big jacuzzi (which is NOT in operation in winter, which is a pity!), and steam room and sauna. To use them, you need to tell the front desk 30 min prior for them to turn it on. The change is cold and there is no hot water for the shower (something to improve on). Breakfast has a nice varieties of Chinese buns, and hot food, it is more suitable for a Chinese/Asian appetite. If you order food delivery, they deliver it to you with a robot, impressive! The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it.
